BMT Graduation
The hotel was conveniently located to base, clean and the staff members were very friendly. There aren’t nicer restaurants nearby, but a HEBs grocery and a few fast food places are en route to one of the base gates. It’s within 20 minutes of several shopping or restaurant areas, as well as downtown and the airport. Very pleased with our stay.
Great stay!
We stayed here Nov 14-17. It was very close to the AFB which is why we chose it. It was a great stay! Super easy check-in. Staff was friendly. The room was huge, very clean. The beds were the best - would love to know what kinds of mattresses they were. They have a nice laundry room, which is free to use. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but both looked nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the AFB.
Enjoyable Stay
Our family stayed at this hotel for BMT Graduation weekend from Las Vegas for 4 nights. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Hotel provides unlimited coffee and hotel has snacks, drinks, and food items for purchase. Approx 5 minute away from Lackland AFB. We enjoyed our stay!
Great Hotel
We came into town for BMT Graduation and stayed at this hotel; Wednesday—Monday. The staff was friendly. The hotel had comfortable beds, very spacious rooms, and was very clean. We even brought our family pet.
Changes your room without notifying the customer
My husband and I booked at room at this location requesting a suite. Leaving from Houston to San Antonio we arrived and was told "the room was changed to regular room with pool out bed". I asked why I wasn't called when the changes where made to find another hotel to accommodate my request. The response we got was "I don't know ". This was inconsiderate and not professional. I strongly feel if a customer request a certain room, reserve it, and gets a confirmation the least this hotel can do is inform they've made changes. Thanks but NO THANKS... This was the 2nd time this hotel done this to us and it WONT BE A 3RD. Lorraine
