A nice hotel easy access lots of food within walking distance. Nighttime customer service needs a little bit of work. I only had one really big issue the water would not get hot so I took a lukewarm shower which was really not that pleasant to say the least.

The WORST experience EVER!!! They DO NOT care about guest safety at all! If you are a female traveling alone or with other females DO NOT go here!! I went to get a luggage cart, there weren't any so I decided to sit and wait a man was sitting there and staring at me so I was like just waiting on luggage cart he made me very uncomfortable! I decided to walk down the hall to look for one about half way down I turned around and he was following me, so I turned and hurried to the elevator where a couple was waiting he stopped and acted like on phone. I contacted the desk reported it and ask if someone to bring the cart up and walk us to the car because I was not comfortable, they didn't. My husband called the hotel and they informed him that helping people out of the room was not a service they preformed??

This was the only place I could find considering the circumstances and just needing a place to sleep. I originally needed 2 nights to stay, but only stayed 1. 1 star is for the lady I spoke with and booked with, she was very cool and I liked her. Now to the room... This place was NOT clean. Do they even have cleaning staff? If they do, are they just getting paid to show up, go home and that’s it? The floor was dirty, couches had stains, sheets had stains, hair on the bed, hair was on the bathroom floor, hair on the side of the shower, the remote had no back to it, I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower here. Thankfully I carry sanitizing wipes, and I wiped down what I could myself. I needed to stay 1 more night and was considering it heavily. My son was hungry so I was about to warm up his food in the microwave but it was so disgusting and there was splattered food still inside. He had to eat it COLD cause we were not about to use that. That was the last straw and I had to get out of there. Never again.


Horrible zero stars if possible don't stay here!!

I checked in Friday the 14th and as soon as I walked into my room,a spider was on the wall there was no fridge and no microwave,as a breastfeeding mom I need a fridge to store my sons milk,so three days worth of milk was wasted,then I see how nasty the room and sheets are,these pictures are as soon as I walked in after checking in,I went to the front desk and asked why I don't have a fridge or microwave and she said those rooms cost extra and wouldn't upgrade me,I asked for a different room cause mine was filthy she said no she can't do that and I asked for clean sheets case ours stunk and were stained she said there was no more and assured me the Ines I had were clean so I said OK have the manager or owner call me in the morning,next day nothing,I asked the morning guy and he took my name and number,and nothing!!! Any time I called Saturday no answer,Sunday at check out I told him everything and he said there was nothing he could do bye,no one tried to make anything right,,I'm very upset with the horrible conditions me and my kids had to sleep in,,as a single kom i had already paid for my room and couldnt cancel i had no more money for another hotel, we were there cause my daughter had an appoitment friday,and breakfast for me and 2 kids they would only give me one bag with one juice an orange and one muffin how was that supposed to feed three people,I will be reporting them to choice,they need to be shut down!!!!!!


Bad Customer Service + Roach

There was a roach in our room and the fridge was broken and making awful loud ticking/banging noises. We complained to the front desk and they never sent a mechanic after they said they would a few times. Asked for a discount multiple times and eventually asked for a refund, but never got an answer for either request. The customer service is not very good and they don’t seem to care about the customers who pay for the whole stay, since they’ve already paid. I talked to multiple employees on different days, and was informed that they would send a mechanic and contact the GM multiple times. I was never contacted after reaching out by an employee or the GM. The customer service sucks. I contacted the company a week after my stay and asked to speak to the GM. They were not available, but I reiterated the whole story to the employee working and they said they would personally deal with it (contact the GM and reach back out to me). It has been another week since then and I never heard anything. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The WiFi wasn’t good either.
