First off they ask for 250 cash deposit before they ask for your ID, why you may ask??? Because this hotel is a scam, they will accuse you of smoking in the room and then force you to leave the property and steal your money. Don’t believe me? Find out for yourself. Trash hotel

Facilities are well kept but seems short handed on staff and staff working not that friendly. Breakfast area needed attention, left unattended with dirty tables. Clean rooms and general areas were well maintained.

Do not stay here you will regret it

Please stay anywhere else but here. I left with bed bugs and rashes all over body. Hotel is very outdated and dirty. Hotel staff looks very shady. Staff smoking at front of hotel entrance. System was down and longer than usual check in . Very unsafe parking lot . 12 vehicles were broken in during our stay . Woke up to our vehicle being broken into and several items stolen. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and was told they ran out. Air conditioner not working . Very small and uncomfortable beds. Please be advised stay at any other hotel but this one. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Had to cancel second hotel night reservation and booked else where .

Not a good experience

Accessible rooms do not have fold down showers chairs and room are small. A little difficult to manuver around room. Manager never responded to our complaint. Resevation was screwed up. The first night they didnt have my roll in shower room available. Had to stay in a regular room. Not a good experience at all.

The lobby was in need of a good cleaning. The couches and rugs were stained-I wouldn’t let my kids sit down during check in. The room was smaller than pictured. Coffe maker didn’t work. Stains on the linens. Hair on the shower wall and door. Urine smell in the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable. Walls are so thin that we could hear kids screaming down the hall. I would never stay here again. We originally booked a 2 night stay and checked out a day early due to the conditions of this hotel
