Disgusting Hotel and Dishonest David
My husband and I are Diamond Members of Hilton and I am disgusted by this location. I had reservations for two nights which I paid with points. I was staying at the hotel with my 3 year old grandson. When I went into my room the smell of marijuana was so bad that I had to request a different room. The second room did not smell but the carpeting was so dirty that I didn't want my grandson even touching it. The next day I went to the pool with my daughter-in-law and two grandkids. We were totally enjoying until a few people came out and were doing drugs at the pool so of course we had to leave. I spoke with David at the front desk and he apologized for the situation. I requested to check out early so I could go to cleaner hotel. David said he would refund me my points and an additional 10,000 for the inconvenience. I received the 10,000 but ten days later I have not received the refund for the time that I had booked. I called customer support for two days in a row and finally I am receiving only one night of credit. I am frustrated that David did not follow thru with his word that he would refund my points plus the 10,000. So basically I am now out 30,000 points, I lost time with my family due to changing hotels and had to deal with filth. David is very dishonest and I will never stay at this location again.
Worst stay ever
I will never stay here again. This hotel allows people to smoke marijuana not appropriate when you have children. I made a complaint about people smoking outside and the front desk lady said it’s legal because it’s private property. When I first checked In the guy was not friendly and didn’t explain anything just handed you a paper to sign and took my payment. I didn’t question because it was late and all we wanted was to sleep. When we finally found our room it didn’t seemed clean and the blankets had a weird smell but again we were tired and my husband needed to go to work in a few hours. The next day we wake up and my 8 year old pointed there was something on the ground I looked and it was a used condom. I called the front desk the lady offered to move us to a different room but I had so many things I just told her I needed it to be removed right away. After I notice the feathers where all over the bed so I lift the blankets and sure enough there was a burnt hole. They really need new covers. I called the front desk and I finally said I needed to be moved. The front lady then called me and said they had a room ready and that the cleaning manager had walked she room and it was clean. After inspecting the room it seemed cleaned until again my 8 yr old found a pipe with marijuana crumbs inside the safe. I really try to make the best of it but at night when my husband finally got back from working all day we got random people knocking our door. To put the cherry on top the alarm when off at 5am after a sleepless night I decided we needed out. I called the front desk and told the guy we needs to check out and they needed to cancel my stay for the next night. The guy insured me I wouldn’t get charge and my discount for the dirty room was applied. When I looked at my receipt I seen only one night was discounted. I should of received a free night for the inconvenience of being put in a dirty room. They have signs every where that the rooms are extra clean do to Covid but that was not my experience. My son was upset we had to cut our stay short. My son did enjoy their food and their pool.
WORST STAY AT ANY HOTEL EVER!!!!!!
First of all with the Black Lives Matter occuring in the USA me and my husband literally experienced this horrifying experience and we were living this movement at this hotel. The employees and security need a lot more specialized training to enhance any guests rights and comfortability. Specifically any employee involved in this incident should be fired for not doing their jobs right. When it comes to any incidents occuring, the guest owner to any room registered under their name should have the right to have anyone they want in their room. My husband had to sleep outside because security would not let him in at 1am because they said he doesn't have a room. I was not in my room and had left a while and didn't know my husband came knocking in our room door. Once I came back and returned to my room the front desk mentioned a co-worker of ours came to my room to inform me that my husband was outside from work wanting to come in and said that she had to come tell me because security won't let him in. I told the front desk that I am aware of what's going on and I know both of them and I'm going downstairs to let my husband inside. Although I was the registered guest he paid for the room. Security would not let him in and tried to pepper spray him because they said he wasn't a registered guests. My husband didn't even threat or try to cause any voilence. He was only upset that security tried to pepper spray him for no reason. The security literally assumed he didn't belong in the hotel even after I mentioned to him we both have a room and I am the registered guest. He insisted that my husband should leave the property and I need to go back to my room. Instead of being professional and solving the situation he called another security officer and they both tried humiliating us calling me out by my first and last name which was very strange and odd, he even told the front desk to lie and act like he never called my room to inform me about anything. All my husband wanted was to get some rest he thought I had checked out but I didn't and once the situation was resolved they should have let him in with no issues. It was just a misunderstanding. We travel the world and work for a universal software company. We have been to four and five star hotels. We've never ever ever been treated this poorly at any hotel. Even before checking out the manager didn't do absolutely anything about the situation and didn't care to accommodate anything with me. She felt threatened as if I threatened her which me or my husband never did and forced us to leave in 10 min or else she would take our deposit. It's impossible for anyone to pack their luggage in 10 minutes. I asked her if she could kindly give me an hour to check-out since security gave us a hard and dreadful time until 3am to let my husband in the hotel and we lost so much sleep. She said no you must leave now or we're taking your deposit. She was completely unbiased and didn't care to make us as the guests feel comfortable about being racially profiled by security. I wont recommend any of our Co workers or anyone I know to this hotel. I will never plan on stepping a foot at this hotel ever again. I forgot to tell my boss about this incident I will be sure to let my company know how I unequally and racially profiled and treated here.
Excellent Customer Service
I'd like to give a huge shout out to Kendra, who made our two recent visits especially memorable. She is personable, remembered our names, drink preference, etc. Thank you, Kendra, for making our stay so special!
Great Place
The staff was friendly and the hotel was super nice and clean. I loved the fact they had a restuarant inside of their facility, but if you wanted to go somewhere else you could walk or take a short drive to the many options around.
