Awsome small hotel in a perfect location!!!

In December we returned to Aldebaran after a year of confinement and we reconfirmed that it is our first choice for summer stays in Bariloche! The comfort, the state of maintenance and the cleanliness were impeccable. We were lucky enough to spend New Year's Eve at the hotel, the menu was superlative, as was the setting. The cordiality of all the staff completes an unbeatable location. Every time we come back they surprise us with some improvement. As a recommendation for those who have never been to the San Pedro Peninsula, it is convenient that they have a vehicle, nothing special is needed. The face-to-face experience exceeds the photos published by the hotel, which are real in their entirety. This year we will visit during ski season! Thanks to the staff and management for making each stay a unique experience. Andres.
Allergic reaction! Only time ever...had to leave ASAP!

I have never experienced this before in 30+ years of travel - but when I got to this hotel, and particularly in my room, I had a terrible allergic reaction to the point where breathing was becoming difficult. I arrived and started feeling this; then took a walk and felt better, upon return from the walk I tried staying in the room with the window wide open. After a couple of hours it was clear I needed to leave before it became severe - my breathing was already impacted. At first I thought the hotel would help out with this as I had a non-cancellable booking, (they were very kind in assisting with finding an alternative) but ultimately they did not help financiallu and so I walked away from a pre-paid 3 night stay. YMMV. I can't imagine this is common, but wow. 1,000 USD error. One other thing. The hotel is nice, but I would only consider it (aside from the allergy issue) if you have a car. It's pretty isolated, it takes 30 minutes to even walk to the main road, and that's a walk down a dusty road.
Amazing location and stay

Loved this smaller hotel away from the chaos of Bariloche. Sat on the dock on a warm day and had the best massages. Beautiful vistas and fabulous staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Overall a great stay.
Peaceful, intimate, and luxurious

We love Aldebaran!! We stayed here for four nights and really wish we could've stayed longer. The staff is so nice and helpful, the food is outstanding, and the property is stunning. It's about 30 min outside the city of Bariloche, which is totally worth it for the peace and quiet + the views. We want to go back!
It’s like living in a luxurious house and the food is amazing

Wonderful stay over the new year, everything is of best quality and service is great. The food is the best I had in a long while. I wouldn’t recommend this for solo traveler and if you are not driving.
