In the face of adversity, still a gracious and friendly staff!

We made a last minute reservation -- hot on the heels of cancelling a three day stay. (We (US residents) were caught in the Covid19 shutdown, had to cut short our visit, and were racing to get out of the country before the flights stopped.) Despite having been deluged with cancellations by others like us, the hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and did their best to make our stay as wonderful as they could. I know that many weren't sure if they would have a job. We had a terrific room, looking out onto the water. Clean, more than comfortable, and elegant. Restaurant was fantastic! Ingredients were fresh and very nicely prepared; we had dinner, as well as the complimentary breakfast the following day. We are already planning our return for next year, and will definitely book here again!

Relaxing Stay

Spent two nights here as part of a cycle tour. First I would like to apologise to whoever my wife and I annoyed playing table football at 8-00am. We do like to beat each other and the match was very tense there was an icecream as prize for winning the match. The hotel staff were great even the maid who asked us to stop playing. They gave advice on where to go in Bariloche which is a lovely town to spend a few days in. The room was a great size which was good for us as we had quite a bit of dirty cycling kit to wash and dry. Bathroom had two wash basins, the shower was easy to operate with a good supply of hot water. Breakfast had a large choice food and is served buffet style. It was typical European, cereals, various cooked meats, cheeses and fruit. To finish cakes. The evening meal was served too late for us so we went for a pizza across the road. We would happily go back and stay again,

Wonderful views

The hotel has wonderful views over the lake - well our room did but I can't vouch for all of them. It is well located - out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city but still within easy walking distance of all parts of the city. The staff were fantastic, especially Martin from the front desk. My wife got quite ill on the day we were due t fly out and they arranged local doctor very quickly on the Sunday morning, and Martin came along to translate (luckily the injection they gave her worked wonders within a couple of hours). But we did have to stay an extra day and the hotel rearranged their bookings so we could stay in the same room. Well done and thank you to the hotel staff.

Good choice of hotel in Bariloche

3 night stay in room 306 which proved to be quiet and with fantastic views of the lake. Concern over noise from the disco next door or the games area on that floor from previous reviews proved to be incorrect. Maybe because we stayed Sun-Weds. Ideal location to walk in to town, helpful reception staff, clean comfortable rooms and various terraces to enjoy the sunshine. Good breakfast and meat empanadas which we asked for as a packed lunch option from their bar menu ( causing some issues as to availability without consulting the manager.. ) Local tourist tax has to be paid in cash so go prepared.
