Nice quiet location close to city center
Hotel and accommodations were very nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were very good though the coffee is not great (tastes like the pots never get cleaned). Good value for price. Negatives - the exercise room is pretty much worthless with out of date non-operable equipment; pool OK but lots of small children. NO AC so the rooms get very warm during the day and overlook the pool so at nice it can get very loud.
Nice hotel, great location, great staff!
This was an easy accessible, beautiful hotel. The staff was super fun, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and really clean. There is no AC, so if you go in summer, it can be pretty warm. The view of the lake, and the wonderful pool and spa make it a really nice place ot stay.
Stay at the hotel, skip the cabins
My husband & I rented a cabin in January, 2020. It looked great on Booking.com. When we arrived and checked in, we were shown an upstairs unit. I believe it was 772. It looked nothing like the photos on line. It was dark, dingy and obviously in need of an update. In addition, we faced the gravel driveway and a dingy hedge wall so there was literally nothing to look at including the same view from the deck. It was decidedly depressing. We were really chapped at how misleading the photos were from the web sites. We went to the front desk to request an alternate room. The clerk said he would speak to the manager. I believe we waited at least an hour or more before the manager finally showed up-- this was after we both got really angry over their complete lack of response. We felt they were intentionally ignoring us. Finally we were shown a suite in the hotel on the top floor. According to the prices on line, the room rates are about the same (it is expensive for Argentina @ $227/night). The unobstructed lake views were very good. The bedroom door closes so it offers privacy. The suite was clean and very functional, despite the tiny dorm size fridge. Note the lack of any cooking facilities (which we didn't need anyway). What left a sour taste is the poor customer service at the desk and forcing us to wait so long without any explanation. We would not stay there again. I think there are plenty of other properties to choose from. We had previously stayed at the Arelauquen (Marriott) Resort which we preferred. It included the use of a washer complementary for guests, had great food as well as beautiful views of the mountains/golf course from our window).
Beautifully located 5-star hotel with outstanding service and superior rooms
Perched on a hill overlooking the Moreno lake, this hotel has rooms that have a wood paneling design in medium soothing medium brown color with matching drapery and bed linen. King beds and spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower tub. Only 10 minutes from city center (El Centro). Superior service and nice breakfast buffet.
Excellent Stay with a Fantastic View
This hotel is exceptional with the view, large clean room, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The Internet could’ve been better. The swimming pool was warm and lovely, and the food was superior at every meal that I had there.
