Lovely night at the RB inn

We stayed at the RB Inn right before thanksgiving and it was a great experience. Brandon at the front desk helped get us a more convenient room for our two kids, and we had a comfortable and easy night. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast of coffee, yogurt, and French toast for the offspring. Can’t wait to be back!

The RB Inn is tucked back in a neighborhood surrounding a golf course, which ensures a tranquil setting. The Spanish architecture, comfortable rooms, and delicious food are all very nice, but what makes the RB Inn a gracious ‘you want to stay here’ place are the employees. Morcial for example brightens your day and provides any needed assistance before you even enter the lobby. He seems genuinely glad you are there, and after a quick chat with him you are too.

Worst resort!

in and there was no introduction of the resort… NO disclosure of HIDDEN fees. Was not informed about self parking fee and resort fee. Before we booked this hotel, it was not disclosed in the payment page the resort fee. So we thought it was included with the total price online. But because we wanted to make sure, we verified directly through phone with the resort, and they said resort fee was already included in the price online. Still we received our bill in the end with a surprising resort fee, which was not disclosed. None of our request prior to booking was provided. Like crib or microwave , which was the options while checking in. Difficult staying here if you have kids. Dirty and old rooms. No elevators for your luggage or stroller…. Was looking forward with my massage with the spa.. even that is disappointing.. for a $170 massage, a $25 massage in the mall would have done a better job. Overall try to avoid this resort! I would rather stay at home than this resort.

Terrible Never stay here again

Checked in on a Monday there was no A/C in the room Technician came Tuesday and said that he fixed it: But still no A/C contacted front desk and they offered us Fans not a room change. Every morning at 6:30 am their landscaper was blowing leaves out side our room. When we complained their comment was the landscaper needs to start early. We asked to have our trash picked up and they said to set it outside our door. At $200.00 dollars a night '

We had a relaxing stay with an amazing ambience. The scenery was perfect for my 18th birthday shoot. Ashley from the front desk guided us on locations that were great for my photoshoot. Bell from Cafe Granada gave us excellent service. We surely plan to come back!
