Moved me to another hotel 3 days before check in
I book and paid for 2 Nights for familie vacation back in oktober 2019. On the 24 june 2020 Hotel Zelos wrote to me that they could not have me on the 27 june as booket and they would move me to another hotel. I did not Want that so they send me a voucher I cannot use. Very bad service they cancel so Late and they dont Want to pay my money back.
Deluxe King Rooms have amazing bathtubs!
Good location if you'd like to stay near Union Square. Very friendly staff. Room was ok, although I was surprised there was no coffee in the room. But, my favorite part of the stay was the bathtub. It was huge, very comfortable and had jets. It was my favorite part of the stay. I called alot of hotels for tubs. None had them. This one was the best I've seen.

nice hotel; very well located in commercial area and very good service. I had a good time here. Convenient restaurant in the hotel and very good room service. Highly recommended for business trips or holidays.
Great Find
Hotel Zelos is conveniently located right off Market Street. Starbucks, shopping, streetcar all nearby. An understated lobby belies the hotel's sophistication. Our room was small but quiet, clean and comfortable. Loved the bed and pillows. The restaurant Dirty Habit is located on the fifth floor and worth a visit, too.
Business Trip
I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Zelos in downtown San Francisco. It offers a great location, modern rooms, and a pleasant staff (Ben Lau at the front desk was particularly helpful and full of helpful information). It is close to a BART station and is very quiet. Enjoyed my stay.
