A Wonderful Experience !!
My friend and I had to extend our stay en-route from a Princess Cruise trip to Cusco Macchu Picchu due to my friend becoming unwell. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Fabulous Hotel, relaxing and healing….With the help of Victor our “Saviour” on Concierge who was always smiling, happy and extremely helpful, nothing was too much for him to do for us, he sourced a friend that put on a new wheel on our damaged suitcase, found someone to take off the security tag from my new blouse missed by the store, arranged private hire tours of the best places of interest. Whenever we found an issue, he solved it quickly and professionally always with a happy can do attitude. We enjoyed breakfast in our room and oh WOW ! a small table was set up with a tablecloth and breakfast was set to perfection every morning, I thought I was in a Penthouse suite! This 5* hotel has a great location is within easy walking distance to shops and local places of interest and coupled with the amazing staff and facilities easily ensured staying there made up for us not able to get to Macchu Picchu creating a wonderful experience we will never forget !
New drink called Cruise Ship Splash
Great hotel had dinner in the lobby bar with a group of friends. Bar tender Ivan Roddricucz was outstanding. He even came up with a wonderful refreshing drink for us which is called Cruise Ship Splash

Totally a great experience at a top tier hotel. Beautiful room, grounds, excellent service, great management, spa, and a 5-star experience. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of it. The experience couldn't have been nicer and I would highly recommend.
Fantastic property / great location
Very nicely appointed rooms - spacious, quiet, etc. Great location in San Isidro - close to businesses and restaurants, very clean and safe area. Very nice gym with pool and private shower facilities. Good food. Excellent service.
Lobby bar at Swissotel
When in Lima and have a moment to to watch an artist at work, and friendly service, Paulo R. is the man and the Lobby Bar is the place for you! Had the best time and felt like the belle of the ball, even with a packed house. His full attention is focused on the customer in his sights. Super nice and highly skilled. Can't go wrong.
