We checked into our and had no problem until we noticed a yellow wet spot on the comforter and bedsheet. As a former hotel employee I understand that this can happen and politely called the front desk to ask for a new blanket and sheet. Andres explained that there are no house keeping staff and that he nor anyone on the property had a key to the house keeping room. He offered to change us to another room. We moved to 152 and instantly smelled a strong odor of cigarettes. As we have asthma we are unable to be in that room. We called Andres again to explain that the room had a strong odor and we couldn't remain in that room. He said that he could move me to another room. He was going to move us to another room without a courtyard view which is not what we paid for. I kindly asked if there was a manager or someone else who could help resolve this problem. He said there is no manager at night. I asked him to please kindly call the manager and he pointed to a business card and said I could call him at 8am. I asked him how does he resolve issues in the evening without a manager or house keeper present? His solution was only to change our room. He continually said that I could call the manager at 8am. I informed him that I am a previous hotel employee and it's not acceptable to just leave a guest without a solution. I then offered that I could simply take the blanket and sheet from the 2nd room and take it to our original room. He looked at my with an extremely puzzled look. I reminded him that I'm a former hotel employee and we need to come up with solutions for guests. He then asked security to accompany me. Security at least had a better attitude but declined to help me saying he was doing something on the computer. I told Andres I was fully capable of getting the blanket on my own. Security then offered to help but he didn't come to the room until the tasks were completed. After we were settled we went to look for vending machines and there was a very kind lady folding laundry in the housekeeping room who directed us to the lobby for beverages. It seems that if he simply made a call to see if anyone was there the original issue could have been resolved. I emailed the manager that evening and still no response. Have stayed here at least 5 times and will no longer stay again. The grounds are dirty and poor customer service.

Tl;Dr: NOT family friendly. NOT safe (sketchy customers). NOT sound proof. TERRIBLE customer service. Pros: - Near airport - Cheap Cons: - Not family friendly. Room appeared nice but had random wires hanging out that are dangerous for kids. - Not safe. Some of the motel's customers seemed like homeless people or drug-users. Motel was poorly lit and my family and I did not feel safe walking around at night. - Extremely thin walls. I could hear every word of my neighbors conversation and TV shows, along with sketchy activities. Needless to say, my family and I had terrible sleep. - ZERO customer service. Ran out of towels the first day and flipped the hangtag asking for customer service. When we came back at night, our room was still not cleaned. Called the front desk for 15 minutes before someone answered. They told me the cleaning team was gone for the night and there were no extra towels. Had to reuse our dirty wet towels on the floor from the night before. 1/5 Star Hotel. The owner Deepak is extremely narcissistic and pompous who will tell the customer to "go to another hotel" if they don't like the service. This location is bringing down name of the Wyndham Hotel & Resort Company. Avoid at all costs.

The only good thing to say was the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was run down and dirty. Lots of trash and debris on sidewalks and stuck in fences. No easy access to restaurants.

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! EXTREMELY disappointing customer service that pretty much ruined our vacation. I called two days in advance before my stay to request if I could do an early check-in at 1pm. The staff member that I spoke to looked up my reservation and profile and said that since I’m a gold status member, I could do an early check-in with no fee. She even went on to reserve my room so that it would be ready for us when we arrived. I double checked to clarify that when I arrive on Saturday at 1 pm that there would be no problem with checking in, and she reassured me that there wouldn’t be any issue and that she already placed a note for me. Once we arrived on Saturday at 1pm, the manager Deepak was working the front desk, was super unaccommodating and gave us a hard time saying that the earliest he could let us check in was 2pm and we would have to pay a fee. I told him that I already spoke to a staff member 2 days prior who told me I could check in at 1 pm, even reserved a room for me, and assured me that there would be no problems. He said that he couldn’t allow that and the company policy is 2pm only + a fee, regardless of gold member status. Extremely frustrating getting two different statements and as a MANAGER he would not even accommodate us to something his staff member had promised us. Rooms were also sub-par: - Don’t expect to get any housekeeping services here (we had the sign hanging on our room door requesting for housekeeping and even called up to the front desk... no one showed up the whole day while we were away from our room). - Walls are super thin so we could hear our next door neighbor talking the whole night. Safe to say I will not be supporting or staying at any Wyndhams anymore. Again, would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk staff not friendly or professional. Property site appearance is not the best and I would not have chosen by appears alone, but rooms were ok. I would book this location again because customer service is a huge factor for me and this location didn’t succeed!
