Clean Hotel
Hotel is kept clean. Food service restrictions apply. Advertisements should be clear to include food service restrictions due to COVID19. Embassy Suites always known for fantastic breakfast. The setup now is disappointing
Refund proposal
I was given a standard queen doible room after paying just under $300 for a king double room and received absolutely no justification on anything I asked. Per instance, no refund or even reimbursement for the downgrade. Was no t able to speak with anyone else just told there’s nothing he could do. It was unacceptable
They did a good job:)
I had a number of room request qualities (fourth floor, away from the freeway, near friends' rooms), and the front desk person listened very patiently, and was able to accommodate two of my wishes. I did not hear any freeway noise, even with the window open.
A Good Stay in the Central Coast
we stayed at the E. Suites San Luis Obispo in May 2021 and were very satisfied with the hotel and staff there. A special commendation to Alva Hunter at the front desk who always took time to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. because of the covid precautions the regular breakfast buffet was. not offered but the box breakfast meals were adequate and actually quite good. next time we need a hotel here we are definitely coming here.
Home Away from Home
I was away from over thousand of miles away from home and everyone made me felt welcome and loves! The manager Tim was extremely nice and went above and beyond! Lashawna was nice as well! Mrs Sandra the housekeeper made sure our room were cleaned every Friday and did an amazing job!
