Nice hotel, and great value - but can be noisy from the venue across the road
A modern, clean layout in a historic building. Our room layout was a little quirky with the toilet and shower entering directly from the bedroom - we were fine with it, but can see some people not being comfortable with it. Great bed - big and firm (which we like), room nice and clean. The staff were excellent - exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were superb - high end restaurant quality - we were so impressed. The only negative was that there is a live music venue directly across the road, and there is loud music Tuesday to Saturday nights. We did sleep ok - earplugs on the night the music was loud. Overall, very happy - and extremely good value - the price was extremely good for the quality of the hotel and the super staff.
Great Location in the Center of the city
Excelent location to walk all the around the center of the city. Good restaurants near buy and all the people very friendly and helpful. Best time To go out is between 6-9 in the evenings. Great experience if you go to the Expiatorio church and visit the crypts
Intimate hotel with 5 star service
Santosi is a small (approx 20 rooms) hotel in the historic quarter of San Luis. It's in the modern boutique style in furniture and decor. Highlights are outstanding service from a friendly and helpful team who between them have enough English to look after non-Spanish speakers very well - and half the fun of being in Mexico is trying out your very limited Spanish, right? Add in an excellent breakfast each day of our 9-day stay (included in our room rate but may not be in all rates) and overall Santosi proved to be a great place to stay. It can be a little noisy, it is close to bars and restaurants and the historic centre is the tourist centre too. But everything shuts down reasonably early. In the height of summer it probably gets very warm in the hotel and there is no air-conditioning although there is a fan in the room. Our kitchen area was not very well equipped but when we asked for anything it was very quickly provided with a smile. Highly recommended, will stay in Santosi again.

Great location. Close to many stores and bars availabe, walking distance. Water pressure is fine. The staff was attentive to detail. Genesis was of most assistance. Free breakfast. Recommended for sure!

muy bien!!! Benjamin and paula were great and very accomodating!!! breakfast was good and rooms were very clean. all of the service staff was very nice, and helped us order a ride to the airport, would definitely come back
