Perfect lush accommodations for a family or 3 couples in the heart of Cozumel ! Beautiful views -never wanted to leave

We stayed here as a family and our experience couldn’t have been any better . 6H is a gorgeous corner penthouse unit with amazing views off a large wrap around expanse of a deck . It boasted a huge kitchen , ultra modern decor, fully stocked amenities and large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms . Perfect location away from town but close enough to walk to restaurants and easy cab rides everywhere. You can snorkel right in from of condo there’s a gorgeous reef.

The condo and the entire property was in excellent condition and very clean. The condo (4C) was AWESOME. My family really enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. The property manager was nice and understanding when we had questions. They even pointed us to Sunset, which is across the street for some good food. Nice long patio that over looks the pool and with a great view of the ocean. I would recommend staying here to anyone going to Cozumel. A++

Great stay. Spent 2 weeks in 8C and 1 week in 5E. Both fine - - 8C outstanding deco and view. Both full kitchens kitchen island with barstools and dining room tables. Both full laundry in apartment which is huge. Whole front of unit is a glass wall. overlooking the ocean toward Playa. Really handy as our dive operator was coming by boat from the north and as soon as we saw out the door we went. Taxis took us to the front entrance never dropped at street. Facilities are very nice close to restaurants and diving Walked mostly everywhere but it is a distance to town. Would have bought 8C if it was for sale!! Covid restrictions followed Oxxo convenient store in front on street had most things we needed.

After a couple weeks with friends in PDC, we went to Cozumel for a relaxing stay and to get my daughter dive certified. We booked a condo here on VRBO, and DANG! Not for those who want to be in the middle of everything, but amazing if you want to be close, but still have peace and tranquillity. The building is 8 stories and only 1 condo “thick”, so you have an amazing unobstructed ocean view from the massive patio that is angled to face the sunset. On the other side, where you enter, you have the Jungle and more ocean view angled to catch the sunrise. The pool is massive, and we often had it entirely to ourselves. Across the street is a primo snorkeling spot, and at both ends of the snorkeling spot are great outdoor restaurants (Sunset and Tikila). Sand Dollar dive into shares the property with Sunset and they were fantastic to work with. The entire dive certification took place in the ocean in front of us. The units can be pricey, but our 7 day stay has turned into 21 days, and we are only leaving then because the unit is booke. We stayed in 8H which you can find on VRBO, the owner is Terry. Unbelievably well maintained and managed property. Also, the unit is well staffed with 24 hour gate and security. Great people.

Our mid December accommodation here was great. Cozumel Habitats rental was smooth, taxi dropped us off and welcomed at vehicle entrance gate. Good pedestrian access via keypad code to property so we could come and go. 3rd floor unit was gorgeous and modern inside, had high enough views to see pool and ocean. Hallways were echoey but property seemed relatively under occupied, just a handful of other couples among pool and shared spaces. Some kiddos living on ground floor sounded like, and there were family dogs on our floor going in and out for bathroom breaks. Steady presence of grounds crew and maintenance. The one desk in lobby staffed maybe half the times we walked by, didn’t need any amenities or anything so that was fine. Elevator was small, central public stairwell was being used a few days to rope pulley construction materials upstairs. Good COVID masking and general curtesy amongst staff and between guests. Ernestos down the block was our closest fajita dinner, we also got help from waiter there to phone car rental guy and got Jeep for $50/day from their site too. Surface parking at Palmar was available. Oxxo in retail strip under pool had the staples. No uniform beach access across the street. Saw folks jumping over sidewalk cement but it was crumbly, steep, and with varying comfort of trash and foliage debris. I think recent October storms made rocky coastline even trickier to navigate. No cruise ships of course so this neighborhoods strip of retailers seemed pretty quiet. Spotty hours and an edge of despair among vendors. I’ll be curious how much can be bounced back next winter. Beautiful island as always, Cozumel never disappoints.
