I stayed at this hotel as part of a group of over 100 people. Despite the size, the hotel staff remained always courteous and were able to solve crises (such as plumbing, missing keys, etc.) right away. The rooms are small, but super clean. The food was tasty. We always felt we entered an oasis of safety and tranquility after very long and busy days travelling on dusty road and meeting with local.

This is a very nice Hotel for does that are traveling and have to make a stop in San Salvador, it is a clean, has a nice in-close parking lot where nobody can get to your car wich is very nice to have in the city. they include breakfast on the rate, it´s a typical one The staff is very helpfull , they will go the extra mile

Well this hotel apparently looks nice but the service is really bad.....if you want to have dinner at 6 the restaurant is closed......the rooms are small & noisy. The towels are really bad like they need to buy better ones & more newer. The pool is really freezing cold.

For the cost and location, it is an excellent choice. for those staying in El Salvador for one night or longer you cant go wrong. The staff is great and 99% of the time there is someone who speaks English. You are directly behind the Intercontinental, in Zona Real (50 fun bars, a few super safe with great food. One block away fro the largest Mall in Central America, with movies and tons of great food. The staff makes you feel at home and take all the extra steps to make you happy and comfortable. For the price in this area, it is an excellent choice.

the rooms are loud, you can hear almost everything that is happening in the lobby. this includes the staff conversing in the lobby at 6 in the morning and people ringing the door bell at 1:30 AM. the hotel is clean, and the beds are ok, but for the price you can find something similar, and much less noisy near by. also, they say they have in room wifi, but after you have checked in they inform you that it often does not reach the rooms, unless you pay more for a "nicer" room.
