This was a great place to stay for a night or two. They have very attentive staff. It is an excellent location right in the center close to the beach and to the old town. great price and service. The host Met us at the front door with a prepaid parking ticket. Everything was very clean.
Clean, comfortable and a great location.
I stayed here for one night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for my stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, in the centre of the city, close to the port, historical area, restaurants and transportation.

Great place to stay in Donostia, we booked the en-suite room, lovely little bathroom, great views from the balcony overlooking the bustling streets below...all in all a super pension... Gracias Luis!!
Don't bother looking anywhere else
Stop searching and just book this place. We stayed in Luis' guesthouse for 2 nights and instantly did not regret our choice from the minute we met him. He's as hospitable as they come, waiting for our arrival at 11pm as we got caught up with the police in Barcelona when our bags were stolen. Not only that, he even helped communicate with the police when they found some of our belongings to coordinate a courier to be sent to our next destination in Granada. Aside from this, the pension was magnificently clean, quiet and thoughtful in its design and space. The location is a handy 5 mins walk from old town San Sebastian where you can enjoy all the pintxos bars and stumble your way back to the pension. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We will be back Luis!
Very nice stay
Good value for money! Very nice quiet area, close to parking spot uf wanted. Luis is very friendly and helpsome. Can highly recommend the pension, which is nice and clean. San Sebastian and surroundings are fantastic.
