Arrived Mon 13 Sept 21 for a 4 day break with my wife. Met by Carlos the owner who greeted us and showed us around.
We were disappointed with our room, however Carlos was very obligingly and moved us straight away.
Carlos has had the hotel for 3 years and the last 2 years been affected by corvid. A lot of refurbishment is required.
Cleanliness needs to be addressed and attention to detail. Our room was checked and made every morning while we were at Breakfast, but more attention to windows, and cob webs in rooms needs to be addressed.
There is an out door heated pool, which has timings for its use. However Carlos did reopen the pool when we got back late one night.
Lauren, the table waitress is a charming young lady and nothing was an issue, The quality and the quantity of breakfast was very good, however some fresh fruit would have been nice.
It was a surprise to see an honest bar.
This hotel has loads of potential, however I do believe Carlos have not had a good start due to corvid.

Very unclean, tired room with wallpaper coming off the walls, threadbare carpet, windows covered in fingerprints and obviously not cleaned for weeks, dust and hair everywhere and the bathroom was just shocking! Water coming out of the shower was constantly changing from freezing cold to burning hot, we had no way of controlling it. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable and won't be returning or recommending this place.

The photos of this B&B must of been taken a while ago as upon our arrival I was shocked. The doors were locked so don't expect to get in early, even by 20 minutes as we were. We were greeted by Carlos whom very quickly made us feel uncomfortable about our booking. It's a dog friendly hotel but the dogs aren't allowed to eat breakfast with you, you have to shut them in your room or car whilst you eat, they aren't allowed in the gardens either. I booked a room for my disabled in-laws and he gave them a room with an over head shower in a bath. Firstly said that I booked it wrong even tho the whole reason I phoned them was to find out if they had disabled facilities and didn't book online to find this out properly. Although he gave them a different room the next day. He also said that we would have to block each other in in the car park as we had too many cars! We booked 4 rooms and came in 3 cars, also not mentioned at time of booking and as he booked our ferries for us he should of been well aware of this. The rooms weren't clean I had to ask for my room to be hoovered, the dust on the lampshade was so bad it looked a different colour let alone the dust on top of the headboard. We were there for 4 days and at no time was our cups cleaned or changed in our room. My daughters room had mould in the shower and our shower leaked which to be fair Carlos repaired when notified. The breakfast service was awful not because the staff wasn't working hard but because there wasn't enough of them. It's a shame because the B&B has everything you would want from a B&B including a pool which you can't use before breakfast! It's in an ideal location, Its just a badly managed establishment. Carlos I am really disappointed in your responses to some of the reviews on here as most business people would take the comments and try and improve them and apologise. By the way my in laws bed was being propped up with a duvet! Do yourself a favour and learn from this comments and you may make a success of your business

AWFUL!!! DONT DO IT!!!
I give this place at best 2** fine if your happy for somewhere to lay your head after an alcohol infused night out but if you actually care 100% about comfort cleanliness a GOOD nights sleep AVOID at all costs. The beds should be in a skip Go camping instead save yourselves the over inflated price

Booked for 4 nights for the scooter rally , I can only comment on our allocated room which was room 5 , Carlo was friendly and showed us around upon our arrival ,pool looked nice , communal fridge was a good idea , pool table and ping pong another plus , but sorry to say our room was really not up to scratch , we overlooked the pool with sea view , but unfortunately we could not see this as the double glazed windows had blown and were full of condensation / moisture, wallpaper was coming away in places , worn carpet ,shabby spare duvet in top of wardrobe as were the curtains , sheets were clean but rest of the room could have been cleaner , as I say can't comment on rest of hotel or service as we decided to find alternative accommodation after viewing our room , not being vindictive or pedantic and understand ramifications of covid ,just an honest review .
