Myself and two children were due to stay at this property and I emailed weeks prior to arrival to request a pool view room. No response. I emailed the main group. No response. I telephoned, multiple occasions and also rang the group main office. No response. On the actual day of departure I eventually had a Facebook message in reply to say that they were in fact closed. All I in all incredibly disappointed with the zero customer care, but in hindsight, it was a relief as the location & immediate surroundings of the hotel were a let down, as we managed to book in somewhere far superior. Azuline group will most definitely NOT be getting my business.

Great little gem in central location 20-26 October

We booked the Azuline Hotel as part of a Jet2 package because it was central and close to all Santa Eulalia's amenities. We also chose B&B because we wanted to experience the town and its cosmopolitan feel, rather than stay fully inclusive and cocooned. 2 star doesn't worry us because we know the Spanish hotels tend to be clean, friendly and efficient, and we weren't disappointed. The place was spotless, rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. The pool area was uncluttered and relaxing, being by the bar where you could enjoy a drink and snacks. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 grown-up kids) for my birthday. We had a great time in Santa Eulalia, will definitely return and the Azuline will be on our list

Would not normally choose a 2* hotel but wanted a cheap week. What a surprise! The hotel was clean and well situated with friendly helpful staff and comfortable beds! We had daily cleaning and clean fluffy towels daily. The pool area was spotless and very quiet and as they closed until 10am, no-one put out towels to reserve sun beds, which I hate! Near to restaurants and beach and also bus station. We have had a fabulous holiday and I am sure we will be back.

What a lovely hotel.... We came here by default due to Thomas Cook and we couldn't have been happier... First time in Ibiza and we struck lucky... Yes its only a 2 star hotel, but what you get is great. Spotlessly clean, very friendly, helpful staff and the best position.... A short walk to restaurant street, and just a bit further to the beautiful promenade and beach... Nice continental breakfast every morning, lovely pool area... What more could you want. If we come back to Ibiza, which I think we will we would definitely stay here again...

Immaculate and great, quiet location

This was our second stay here and again we had a lovely peaceful week. Immaculately clean hotel in a great location. Pool was lovely, quiet mostly and the beds were really comfy. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was basic, we expected that, however, we had enough room and everything we needed, the room was attended too daily. Hotel is in a very quiet position just behind Restaurant Street. Wifi was great too. Breakfast was continental style, plenty of choice and nice and fresh. We’d definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
