The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond. I was so impressed and a shout out to Ricardo Emerson the valet service was top notch. Also the food at the bar served by courtney was fantastic.

Great Stay at a great Hotel with great staff. Fantastic location for the beach and pier . Some of the friendliest help hotel staff I’ve encountered .From the Valets Ricardo Manuel and Emerson to the front desk staff and housekeeping . We only ordered room service on one occasion as there are so many restaurants to try .

The service at the hotel was great, specially the valet parking guys Emerson, Manny, and Jesus. They were so attentive, always had cool bottles of water for us and the car would arrive very quickly. Front desk staff was also accommodating when our neighbors in the room next to us were extremely loud. They moved us to a different more quiet room so that our baby could sleep quietly. Just dont get a room that shares a door because the walls are extremely thin and you will hear everything from next door.

Accommodated us for a flight later in the day. Excellent service at breakfast and valet-- Adrian, Roy, Jorge, and Jonathan all made sure we were in and out fast! Will definitely stay again-- had a great time!
Disappointing service even for a Marriott property.

Terrible Service even for a Marriott. I checked in as a Marriott Titanium Elite member. The front desk person was terse and did not offer an upgrade, which was fine. He did not explain that the house keeping service would be provided every third day due to “Covid”. Ha? Covid? Every other hotel is past that. If I wanted to make my own bed, I would go to an air B@B. Only after I threatens to check out and go to a different hotel they agreed to clean the room. The location is good. The building is like a Courtyard brand building. Service is as above. Strongly consider stay at a non-Marriott place.
