Great staff . Relaxing stay

Found this little gem which is just a short walk away from the Santa Monica beaches /pier. We had a nice clean room but the staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special shout out to Laura who went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly even organising our day trips for us . Would love to come back here.. well done guys

Hidden gem of Santa Monica with excellent service

My parents came to visit us from Hong Kong the same weekend that we were moving so I had them stay at Santa Monica Motel for one night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room spacious and quiet, and the location excellent. This is great for an affordable stay in Santa Monica and I would highly recommend to anyone that is here for a visit!

Santa Mónica Motel was the perfect choice for our family. The location was great and very convenient, you can easily move around throughout the city. Since the moment we arrived, Laura was friendly, caring and attentive, as well as, the rest of the staff. They really made us feel “Como en casa.” We would definitely come back to SMM. We stayed three nights. It is clean and there are several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood feels safe.. The ocean is a few blocks away and Venice Beach is a short drive from the motel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Rosangel who gave us interesting tips about the area while we were checking in. The entire staff seems very happy to be working here and it shows.
