Condo style suite everything you need nearby.
As my first stay for a business trip, I was quite satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I asked for information, they pointed me to the right direction. Everything you need is nearby. Banks, restaurants, mall and supermarkets 5-20 minute walk. When I needed a map, they printed me one. My suite was condo (loft) style with modern kitchen appliances, modern bathroom, queen size bed, desk and a couch. (3rd floor)
Modern and Everything Works
A nice newer hotel next to a shopping center and grocery store. This is the second City Express I have stayed in in Mexico and the quality is consistent. This hotel is on the north side of town and is a 10 to 30 minute Uber to the historic district depending on the time of day and traffic.
Only two things missing for the five-star review
Overall, I´d say the hotel is nice, pleasant and worth staying at as we found it clean and well-equipped. We also noticed that they´re making an effort to be environmentally friendly by informing guests about the water consumption of showers, toilets, etc. However, it wasn´t nice depending on the AC for ventilation as windows can´t be opened (first area of opportunity) and breakfast could have included a greater variety of drinks and meals (second area of opportunity).
Prompt service, convenienct and clean!
In Mexico for a wedding. I felt safe, the staff spoke English and Spanish and were very hospitable. Lovely site and would stay there again! I especially appreciated the view of the city and the curbside service to get me to the airport.
Good hotel for family
We stayed a night in Queretaro on our way to Guanajuato . The hotel is new and clean. We had a basic breakfast which was included in the price . The room has a kitchenette , a convertible sofa ( for small kids) and a king size bed. It was perfect for us. Wifi works very well and we had hot water for shower. It is close from a supermarket and some restaurant ( less than 500 meters).
