Wonderful Value for Hard to please travelers
We stayed three nights at the hotel. I was a little apprehensive but this property really delivers luxury standards for a shoestring price. First of all, and the only negative, is that it is right on the westbound side of the highway. Coming from the west, you have to go past the hotel to the next exit and take two quarters of the cloverleaf to get back turned around going the correct way on the highway. Once you figure out how to do it, no big deal. There was no road noise to bother us. Our room came with a huge circular jetted tub, a rainfall shower (with a chair), a sauna and twice the amenities. It had a king bed and a sofa that could be used for a third person. The room had lots of closet space as well as counter space for cosmetics. It even had a wall mounted magnifying mirror. We were so busy we did not use the restaurant. The food looked good. When I asked for ice they brought me a huge bucket full. We were very comfortable and plan to stay there when we return.
Upscale service at a great price!
Our stay at Domun was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and had all the accessories needed to make our visit very comfortable. The best part was the excellent service we received at the restaurant, they went above and beyond to take care of my family and I, the sevice captain Mr. Francisco was very helpful and made sure that everyone was taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel, 5 stars no doubt.
The rom was impecable, and the food was amazing
Excellent choice! We enjoy every single meal and night, the rooms are very quiet and dark at night. the rooms have a blind on their windows that you can scroll down and have a great nap!. We will come back for sure
Excellent overnight stay !
Staff were very helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport was excellent and on time. Room was squeaky clean and well laid out. Very pleasant and well organized. Breakfast had a huge Tasty selection! Stayed there on my way to San Miguel and again returning home. I would stay there again!
Good Hotel with some fixes needed
In general it's a good Hotel. Very clean, aromatherapy all over. However : The elevator on parking level -1 floor does not work to go up. You have to press the down signal to call the elevator. Room is comfortable, specially the bed. A 4 in a scale of 1 to 5. I asked for a quiet room and it was in complete silence. However the TV has a control box with a green light that illuminates the room making darkness impossible. Shower had poor pressure: a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5, being 5 excellent and 1 terrible. Even though there is a shelve in the shower a ridiculous design makes it useless because it has very little height. Power outlets are perfect near the bed area but the coffee machine has to be placed on the night table since there are no power outlets near the desk where it's placed. Check inn was fast and super nice reception, check out was not great, specially trying to postpone the making of an invoice. All an all, good business hotel with room of improvement to be considered Excellent
