Excelent stay at diego de Velazquez Hotel
The hotel is in an excelent location closed to supermarket and stores, very central. the service is excellent! The hotel ls small like a boutique hotel. Everybody works there with a smile and are ready to help you and make your stay very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The manager caledl me personally to see if everything was going well. He was ready and willing to help and make my stay an even better one. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice staff, nice room, breakfast was good although the selection could've been better. Mainly, I was just super grateful that they let me check-in early after a long flight (possibly because they had to watch me falling asleep in the lobby)
Wonderful Hotel
We just spent two nights here. It located in a very nice area and close to public transportation . We had a car and there was free underground parking. The hotel staff were all great and very helpful. There is an adjacent restaurant which we had lunch at the day we arrived and was very good. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was very good. The hotel is not very large but it was most comfortable as were the rooms and beds. It is a 10 minute walk from the Costanera Center. We would definitely stay here again if in Santiago
Excellent Hotel
This hotel is little but the people who run it make you feel warm and like home. Is close to everything, in the middle of Providencia, the rooms are quite large, but they're also small ones. and renovated. The best things is you get Breakfast and free Parking if you rent a car. They have a nice restaurant Pesztoros, next to it .. so don't have to worry about looking for a place where to eat. without forgetting that you have free internet is well. All around is a great hotel.
Great value and location, but needs updating
Stayed here before an early morning flight. Hotel was clean and fairly priced. The hotel is in great location (close to transit station and walking distance to the mall). The airport shuttle they book is actually a taxi that over charges...probably better to call you own. The pool are is small but wasn't too busy. The rooms need are clean but need some updating. The breakfast was great and starts early. A few hot and cold options.
