Comfort Hotel Santos is located in Ponta da Praia, in a upscale neighborhood of the city and next to the Port of Santos and close to the sights, shopping centers, restaurants, universities and companies of various segments. The hotel has a total of 161 rooms equipped with digital safe, hair dryer, minibar, digital air conditioning, cable TV and we offer free Wi-Fi internet and free breakfast. We also have leisure area with Fitness Center, sauna and rooftop swimming pool. Important: Until September 5th our pool will be banned for maintenance.

We have stayed at Comfort Santos for about 1 month, from April to May, waiting to board our vessel, so we’d like to thank for all the good services which were duly provided during our staying at the hotel. They have excellent procedures regarding the protection against Covid-19, thus we felt very safe and comfortable during our time over there. The staff is outstanding, very polite and helpful in any means I could possibly say, however, we’d like to highlight our newest Brazilian Friend - Mr Winner - for all the care, patience, awesome spoken english and kindness he had with us. Thank you very much. See you all next time.

First impression of Santos

Generally the hotel locate in perfect region near the sea promenade and night life adventures but the restaurant menu in the hotel was very poor..... that's a huge minus point! Another possibility is the fact that there are a lot of good eating bistro's to around neighborhoods.

Great location, great view from where I stayed. I would definitely stay there again, but wish they would accommodate Americans with thicker blankets on the beds... Other than that, no serious complaints. Hotel reception was very good, buffet in the morning was great except for the eggs.

A clean hotel with an okay value

Reserving this hotel was a pain and required a lot of emailing back-and-forth in Portuguese and some English. I didn't back out because they were offering a free cancellation. The service is friendly. The rooms are very clean. Our room had two double beds with a stupid built-in night stand between the beds, which made it impossible to move the beds close together. If you are a couple, you MUST book a room with a queen bed.

Prices are not compatible for the price, simply. Maintenance is very low. Bad shower quality. Mixing cold and hot is just a nightmare. Loose faucet. My feeling is that the hotel has a lack of maintenance. Breakfast OK and staff really nice, but for the price, you can get a much better deal in Santos. Rooms are VERY small.
