The views, the greeting, the attention to detail, the lovely staff, the ability to sense a need and fill it all define The Andronis Suites. Our memories of Santorini will always be formed by our dreamy stay at the Andronis Suites. We were a bit weary after our jet ferry was running behind schedule and we arrived later than planned. As we settled into our room, Giorgio arrived with a perfectly chilled bottle of champagne and a beautiful fruit salad. He said he knew we we were tired and wanted to ensure we were refreshed for our stay in Santorini. His kind gesture set the tone for a lovely stay. On the day of our departure, once again we received word that the jet ferry was delayed by several hours. Having checked out, we had six hours to burn. Since our luggage was stored at the Andronis awaiting our driver for transport to the ferry port, the hotel contacted us to say they had a room open for the afternoon and wanted to offer it to us as a cool place to relax while awaiting our transportation. Wow! That is wonderful hospitality and top notch service. Can’t say enough about their level of professionalism and genuine desire to please. Oh, and did I mention the views? Just wow!

Dream Honeymoon Destination!

In planning our dream honeymoon, we were primarily concerned with privacy, luxury, service, and a great location. Not only did Andronis Luxury Suites check all these boxes, they exceeded our expectations and started off our honeymoon on the best note possible! My husband did extensive research to find the perfect hotel in Santorini, comparing this with other luxury hotels in Oia and upon arrival we could not have been happier with our decision! Highlights included our beautiful upgraded suite with private pool (highly recommend Kallisti for couples!), a holistic massage at the spa with Aristotle, dinner at Lycabettus with wine recommendations from the amazing sommelier, and the beautiful views from the infinity pool. In terms of service, you can absolutely believe the hype in all the reviews, it is unparalleled - from arranging a doctor to come to our room when my husband had a medical emergency to a WhatsApp line where you can request a private taxi at any time. Every single person we interacted with it at the hotel was pleasant and extremely accommodating - Kim in particular went above and beyond to make us feel loved as newlyweds! Thank you Andronis for the best start to our honeymoon, we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back for many years to come!

Great room, unbelievable views, & amazing service!

Great views throughout the cliff side walks, restaurants, and hotels, but the Andronis Luxury Suites is simply amazing! We were in the Hermes room and loved our hot tub, covered porch, fantastic bathroom, very comfy bed, and of course the unbelievable views. Hermes is lobby level, so ease of access, while other rooms require varying levels of decent then climb to return to street level (no elevators). Room was great, but it was the service that put this property over the top! Everyone, and I do mean every single staff member, was amazing! Totally committed to making sure we had anything we needed and that we were thoroughly enjoying our visit. Great infinity pool & poolside bar. The outdoor restaurant has an incredible perched view. We had the multi course dinner that albeit was a bit overpriced, but it was still quite interesting and a very enjoyable experience. But I have to circle back to the service; from the intro/overview upon arrival to everyone knowing us by name, to the professional and friendly engagement at every encounter. I cannot say enough about the service! I’ve traveled for years and this property is in my top 3 of amazing customer service. Make no mistake, it’s pricey lodging, but the views and the service made it all worth it for our first trip to Santorini. While all of the staff were awesome. I want to send a special shout-out to Alexandra for making us feel so special throughout our stay. Well done crew! Thanks for making this an amazing trip!

Best resort in Europe!

Our visit to Andronis Luxury Suites was outstanding! All staff were friendly professional and went up and beyond in every aspect to make our stay fabulous. The views at their resort is incredible, rooms super clean, food very delicious, service amazing. From our driver George, to Stouros (sorry misspelled your name) who was our personal concierge and Antonio who took the time to have a friendly chat with us. Honestly it was everyone, best part of our three week European trip. No resort matched Andronis Luxury Suites. Lastly.. the breakfasts some of the best we had! Yummy! Aloha and Thank you Andronis.

luxurious but not very private

our andronis hotel was being renovated so we were upgraded to the luxury suites. great location with wonderful views of the caldera. very helpful friendly staff, wanting to do anything they can for you. contemporary spacious room, big stone shower room, balcony with outdoor cave hot tub (bit noisy) and our own lounging areas in sun and shade. personalised generous breakfast served on the balcony. pool area small but lovely infinity pool to cool off in. only gripe really is that it is not very private. we looked out over the restaurant, meaning that they overlooked us and if we opened any of our shutters people on the stairs right next to our room could see in.
