Lovely Staff at the Double Tree Resort Sanya
The service staff were really amazing. They went above and beyond and provided professional and detailed service. Concierge staff Jack and Spark and team, were fantastic. The pools were lovely, big enough for the traffic of travelers they had. The beach was a 2 minutes walk away. The Noodle box restaurant had the best pork burger, couldn't get enough of them. The 2 hour Spa treatment was heavenly.
Hilton At Hai Tang Wan is the right destination for your vacation!
Cost is reasonable, Beautiful views, helpful staff, delicious food, HUGE bed, live music every night! I stayed there before Aug19 and 27th 2019 for a work trip. I would recommend this to you and your family for future trips to Sanya

Thanks for the upgrade and your great service. However, The turn down service wasn’t provided during the stay, which I had experienced in another DT Hotel by Hilton in Chongqing. Besides, I phoned the caring center to borrow lotion for mosquito bites and a pair of scissors, and the staff told me that you didn’t have the former that I can totally understand, but the staff told me I could only get the scissors by walking to the lobby instead of sending it to my room, which surprised me a lot. Lastly, there was something wrong with the air conditioner so the bedroom was not so cool that influenced my sleep quality. I hope you’ll do better in the future!
Great Hotel with excellent housekeeping service
I have been traveling intensely with China. Currently, my wife and I are staying in Hilton resort Hotel in Hai Tang Bay . The hotel is amazingly beyond my expectation , good breakfast, nice private beach, lots of swimming pools , more importantly the housekeeping did a fatalistic job ,keeping our room clean and tidy always smiling . Especially ,the staff named Huang Ya Yu ,she is extremely professional and made us feel like we are here at home. Many thanks . This is my first time to sanya, the location is not that good for either downtown or beach. And only few pools opened during these days. The buffet taste not that good, and the store inside the hotel is much more experience than the store outside.
