Excelent acomadation. Near of the Congress. Apartmente very clean. Location near of my meeting. The roon in very smal, but the value was no expansive. The roon is very quit because de windows is very good.
Clean, fast and friendly
The service is incredible, the employees are gentle and competent. We were in a room with two single beds and everything was very practical, organized and charming. the shower is hot and roomy. The room could be a little bigger and the price a bit smaller. With a more attractive rate I would have stayed longer. The location is great and next door has a wonderful bakery.
VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY BUDGET HOTEL
Great hotel to stay for a few days. Rooms are small and the bathroom/ toilet setup is a bit strange but ok. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. No fridge in rooms, wifi worked great. The location of the hotel is in a Gay district, walking distance to a mall, supermarket and Avenida Augusta (party and restaurant street) and Avenida Paulista. Great value for money place to stay for a few days. I hope this review is helpful : )

Great location , 10 minutes from avenida paulista and 10 minutes from republica, despite being in an area behind Rua Augusta, it is very very quiet hotel with good soundproofing in the windows especially. At the right price this hotel is a great option for anyone wanting to walk home from a night out nearby, or staying overnight for 1 or 2 nights, I'm not sure if I would recommend a long term stay of more than a few days, the rooms are very comfortable but certainly very compact, you wouldn't be spending any time at all in the room, and there are other hotels in the area that will offer a more comfortable room with full buffett hot breakfeast. But this a very good budget hotel so all about the price. If you are unfamiliar with the area it can be intimidating, but on weekend evenings at nights the bars and restaurants are full and people are on the street so soak up the atmosphere. Unlimited number of restaurant options nearby. There are many rooms on many floors so there will be noise of people coming and going especially at weekend quite late, this is unavoidable.
