Apartment style rooms but a bit tired
Good value hotel but overall a bit tired. Felt safe in the area but didn’t venture out much due to my schedule. Good size apartment style room with front room with desk as well as kichenette. Separate bedroom with double bed. Bathroom a bit small and dated but did have waterfall shower head.

There is nothing remarkable about the hotel it self. What is most admirable is the staff. They did all what we asked for and much more. Location close to SP largest park is great. Breakfast was a treat specially the cheese omelet and pão de queijo.
Under renovation/noisy
Despite the fact this hotel is well located close to stores and restaurants, it is going through renovation in its penthouse as well as its facade. I had problems while staying there regarding noise; I had to change rooms and faced a different problem when they booked someone else in the room I was staying and the guest tried to get in while I was inside the room; a total management mess. Gotta say they gave a one day refund.
GREAT HOTEL
I'm so glad about this hotel and their time. All services are excellent and fabulous, their neighborhood is lovely, breakfast is incredible, This hotel is located near a fantastic park called Ibirapuera. It's a fantastic place.
Nice hotel in São Paulo
Good service, excellent location. Close to the Congonhas Airport, several Malls, restaurants, in a safe, residential area with nice access to main avenues, commercial centers, leisure and good options for São Paulo stay.
