Pullman Sao Paulo Ibirapuera

We arrived at the hotel for our 3-night stay only to be told that the covid-19 cleaning policy was to ONLY CLEAN THE ROOMS EVERY 3-DAYS. TOTAL RUBBISH & GOES AGAINST EVERY COVID CLEANING RUL IN THE BOOK. As a business traveler I hardly every stay in a hotel longer than 3-nights and this goes down to 2 as a tourist in a big city. Why does the Pullman Ibirapuera have to hide behind such nonsense as a policy when the truth realy is (like British Airways) they are cutting vist everywhere and using the pandemic as an excuse to lower overheads, which is unacceptable when you are paying the full rack rate. Nothing was mentioned about the clean g policy at time of booking and no refund or reduction in the rate was offend. Added to the lack of service was the lack of staff at the hotel, which in my opinion makes it unsafe. There was nobody in attendance at the gym or at the pool. The pool water was not maintained correctly and you could not see the bottom. I am travelling around Brazil at present on none of the other hotels I have stayed in are not cleaning rooms. In fact it's quite the oppersite with more stringent hygiene policies in place. My advise is to stay away from the Pullman Ibirapuera until they change there policy and get back to cleaning.

Modern hotel building not so far from the shopping street of Av. Paulista. Large room and very cleaned. Warm atmosphere with a friendly staff that offer a special service and support. Great gym area and perfect breakfast.

The hotel is very nice . Checkin is fast and the staff very nice . The rooms are good the beds comfortable and most important the Air in the room very cold if that’s how you want it . The food in the Restrant is excellent and the same goes for room service . It was easy to get to shopping area from hotel .

Excellent location to visit Sampa and find a quiet rest after busy days. Walking distance from IBIRAPUERA Park. Very caring and highly professionnal staff. Good Food. Gorgeous Breakfast.Excellent bar service. Tudo Bêm !

Food was excellent,service was great, very good price ,the drinks were well made ,I had the Tuna with Risoto but you have the option of choosing the different sides dishes, desert was awesome churros with dulce de leche was to die for.
