More about the hotel
Feels like home
Stayed in Pullman Vila Olimpia for a two week business stay. They went extra mile and made me feel home. Special thanks to Vitor for his very much appreciated client service. After a long business day, I arrived to the room for brigadeiros (Brazilian delicacy) and personalized photo frame that made me remember and feel like at home. Definitely recommended!
Confortable but clearly not worth 5*
Stayed 4 nights in February and had a good stay but would not review as excellent. Staff very friendly. Stylish lobby. But I was given room 201, pretendedly an upgrade compared to my booking. I am a gold status at accor. If this is an upgrade than what would have been the initial room...? Spacious room, certainly. But outdated above all. Ugly bathroom, cleaning service doing the absolute minimum in terms of tidying, and noisy mini bar which I had to unplug to be able to sleep. I understand from the management photos that there are renovated rooms, I wasn’t lucky enough to get one. I slept well though, can’t deny that. Breakfast is good but below average for this kind of hotel. I am surprised this hotel classified as a 5 star. Based on my experience I would benchmark it as 4 star. Unfortunately in this area all hotels seem to be this level.
EXCELLENT!!!
Our first time at a Pullman Hotel and it was A GREAT SURPRISE! 100% of the staff is impecable! They are specially kind with each one of us and very efficient on their positions. The rooms is beautiful :) very well decorated, comfortable and worthy. The breakfast is delicious! We’re gonna come back and I promise more details next time :) By now we strongly recommend it!!!
Artificial with no soul
I went with my wife for a philanthropic dinner at São Paulo for one night and wanted to stay close to the venue (JK Cubo) so selected what seemed the best hotel around. Paid US$300 for one night with breakfast included (Booking.com). Checkin and checkout process is poorly managed and very slow. They couldn’t confirm breakfast and so we had it at the airport. The rooms are spacious but flat; no charm at all. The location is really bad because it is in a main highway so to move around you’ll need to do quite a ride. Do not recommend unless is a corporate trip paid by your company. BTW: the bar was closed by midnight which is very unlikely in Brazil since bars are open until after 1 or 2 am.
Well located business hotel
A very well appointed business hotel, located in a great part of Sao Paulo. Sensational rooms that are clean, tidy and a good size. Ample gym and related facilities. Bar at reception is unique but a great place to just relax, unmind and watch the world go by
