Great Place in a great location with great staff
Few steps from a good shopping mall where you have many options to eat and buy some stuff you need. Staff was great since we arrived, Nunes was really sympathetic and helpful. Room was nice and clean with good cable TV and great shower and bed. Close to a lot of bars by walking distance. Incredible breakfast even during the pandemic.

I didn’t like this hotel for one particular reason : hygiene (or lack of). The shower is full of mold, I left some pizza boxes outside my room for the past 48 hours and they are still there . The cleaning lady cleaned my room and left the wet shower mat out to dry... it’s soaking wet, it should be changed !!! I work in the best hotels for 10+ years and I know for a fact that this hotel is in the wrong direction, especially considering we are in a middle of a pandemic and that their occupancy is definitely below 50%, their priority should be housekeeping, yet I didn’t feel this during the stay. Management, you should make housekeeping your priority department ASAP...

Good location. Near a nice area with restaurants. But AC was extremely noicy!! The worst! Breakfast a sandwich in plastic.. ! and a cookie.. But they are rebuilding the AC, so will be better.... ............... ..........................

5 stars no doubt!!!!!!!!! This hotel is right next to Vila Olimpia Mall as well as JK Iguatemi Mall, even though the latter is a bit farther and the first one is literally 30 seconds away (literally!!!). This place is close to 4-5 mini markets/grocery shops (one of them located inside the mall), and they are all amazing because they all have healthy options for people who are vegan/vegetarian/celiac(can't eat gluten)/allergic to dairy/on a ketogenic diet, etc, etc. I, myself am vegetarian and I am on a ketogenic diet and this hotel is close to soooooooooo many amazing restaurants (both inside and outside the mall). Let's not forget that the mall has a decent food court (besides the restaurants and market). Also, there's a really good option of restaurant inside the hotel which is called Badebec, which is a buffet that works 24/7 and serves international food! The food is delicious and it's not expensive! The buffet is R$56 reais per person (around US$13.39) and you can eat ALL you want!! Including desert! The cost benefit is really good! The staff is also amazing!! They are always smiling and always really helpful! It has a gym, pools (inside and outside), and all sorts of different event rooms as well. It's located in a safe neighborhood, which is basically formed of business men and business women. Besides the mall right next to it, this hotel has coffee shops, fast foods, drugstores, all very close to it! The view is also really cool! The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean! Looved this place!!!!!!!!! (ps: the hotel also provides a parking service!)
