Tall dark haired girl Casey seemed to be very unhappy to be there and kept sexting on her phone instead of checking my wife and I in for the weekend! And spoke ugly to my wife! We won't be coming back for sure. Smelled awful in our room and sheets looked like they had already been slept in!

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating going above and beyond for us! Breakfast was hot and not in a bag like other hotels I’ve been to during this pandemic. All of the family enjoyed our stay! 10/10 recommend.

Stayed here one night on our way to Gulf Shores and will never come back. Our room was filthy! Bed had not been made - the covers were straightened up, head indentation of prior guest in the pillow. Dirt in the bed. Trash in the floor and trash can. Dirty clothes left beside the chair. Hotel reeked of marijuana. Front desk clerk was apologetic but said “ what do you want me to do? I guess I can clean it myself. “

Tiffany at the front desk was awesome. Had to have her help us with a couple things and she was great about it. She went above and beyond even working 3-11 and back at 7am the next morning with a infected tooth. Kudos girl, you did great and your employer should be proud to have you.

Walked into my room and there was literally dry throw up on the floor next to the bed. Clear indication that they dont check let alone clean the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place, you’re welcome.
