Americas Best Value Inn Sauk Centre: I just stayed here for 2 days and had a nice experience.

I arrived around midnight at the Americas Best Value Inn Sauk Centre, Minnesota and Richard met me and handed me the keys to my room. He was very kind and willing to help me make my stay more pleasant. I had to leave very early for work the next day and I was not going to be able to have breakfast. Richard let me have coffee and hot water in the breakfast room, which was a nice gesture and made me feel comfortable. I have come 3 times so far to Americas Best Value Inn Sauk Centre, Minnesota and I feel safe which is important. The room and the hotel are clean, which is very important. Wifi works fine, which is necessary for me. It is a nice, safe, clean and friendly place to stay. It also has a swimming pool which I didn't use, but I saw families with kids there.

Very nice people ms Julie ms Becky and Mrs Stephanie really special and really professional couldn't ask 4 better I'm a bullhauler from Alabama and I enjoy meeting people like these that go beyond 2 help people and the rooms r very nice and comfortable and very clean I give everything a A plus would most definitely stay there again

Waste of money nasty hotel

Walked in roaches in lobby and in room refused to refund dont stay here! Scammers! Nasty unsanitary! Tried to get refund, only had room Booked for two hours absolutely refused staff extremely rude!!!!

Several of the rooms that we booked had no hot water. It was not fun showering. When I told the person at the desk she said her shower was nice and hot. The free breakfast has no hot food unless you make packaged oatmeal. Otherwise there is bread and english muffins for toasting and some cold cereal. No eggs or bacon or waffles. I an 6'1" tall snd the shower head came out of the wall at about 5 ' high. The one plus was the room was clean.

My experience was fantastic. They really took care of me. Made me feel at home, like I was important. Everything was really clean and convenient. No problems, no worries. And Stephanie, the manager, was super great!
