Customer Service at Its Best!
This is my second extended stay at this hotel this year. I travel frequently for work, and the Extended Stay America-Woodfield Mall Hotel is my first choice when in the area. The hotel manager, Tim, remembered me when I called to reserve a room, and he also remembered my room preferences. I checked into a clean, well-appointed suite that exactly meets my needs. The Wi-Fi is strong, and I am able to work from my suite on a very large desk which fits my laptop, office supplies, and printer. The hotel is in a very safe area, and it is quiet inside and outside which makes it easier to work. My suite is clean, the linens are fresh, and the furniture is in excellent condition. I especially enjoy having a fully-stocked kitchen where I can cook healthy meals. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Having both a shower, tub, and space below the sink to store toiletries is an added bonus. With extended stays, Housekeeping cleans once a week. However, if you need fresh linens or more toiletries, just call the Front Desk, and they are more than willing to accommodate you. Quality customer service is a priority at this hotel, and Tim, the Manager, and Syed, the Assistant Manager, set the bar high for excellence in hospitality. I'd also like to acknowledge Allen who works during the afternoon who is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for customer service at its best, then look no further than the Extended Stay America-Woodfield Mall Hotel.
Excellent service
I was here for a month. Employees were very nice and especially supervisor Syed. I was happy staying with my kids. Everything is here except breakfast because it was during covid time. Thank you guys!

Very good for long term
Amazing group of staff! All very helpful and very understanding. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. House keepers come once and do a great job as well. Overall a very excellent experience and would highly recommend!!

The entire staff did a wonderful job during my month long stay. Anything you need they will help! Tim, Sayed, fantastic. Cleaning staff on point! They were very proactive when dealing with the virus and made immediate changes to help protect and inform the guests. Fantastic experience
