Reservation Cancellation
I booked my room 1 month in advance and was called a few days prior and was told my room reservation was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I'm left with no other options except to go to another town. The lady was rude, she said "There's nothing I can do about it." then hung up. I will never book here again.
family stay-cation
very nice and clean hotel! I ended up staying here at the last minute, since my A/C went out at my house, I had to find someplace close by, and comfortable for my family. Breakfast was delicious too! Kids enjoyed the hotel also. I would stay here again if I needed too.
Schlitterbahn visit
Chose this hotel due to its value. Was affordable and included a good hot breakfast. For 2 adults and 2 kids it was well worth it. It was a lil drive to schlitterbahn but I would stay here again and make the drive to schlitterbahn.
Dog poop.
Several dogs were observed in the hotel and surrounding property. Several dark smears were observed in the room carpet and elevator floor. I believe that the smears in the carpet were dog droppings. The facility has a good location. The staff was friendly and responsive. I have stayed at this facility several times in the past and did not experience dirty floors as I did this tiime.
Great accommodations
Great accommodations Great staff ! Very clean place and comfortable beds never any bad odors and the breakfast was great! We were here for medical purposes and start testing and they were very accommodating with my sons needs !!
