We went to Berlim for the first time and we choose this hotel to stay for 5 days. Near the airport and train station and we walked between them all the time. Nice breakfast, staff, bedroom, cleaning, everything.

Over priced for a one night stay. A very basic room with no added extras not even glasses or a plastic cup to drink water. Breakfast was adequate. Walked from the airport which was about 15 minutes but this was not a walk you want to do when it is dark. Staff were pleasant.

Nice little stay close to airport

After a delayed flight I arrived at around 11:30 in the evening. So after a gruelling trip it was a delight to be met by such a cheerful guy on reception. I saw somebody previously commented something similar. So whoever was on night shift on 13th September, they deserve a raise. Afraid I didn't get his name, but he was also very pleasant with a mother and new born baby who were getting checked in before me. As for the stay, it was pleasant. Nice, clean room and quiet. Comfortable bed. The only things I could criticise are minor. Firstly the shower door opens easily both ways, so if you push it too far when getting in or out you will end up with a wet floor. Also it took a very long time in the morning to get a taxi. only one was available so I had to share with another hotel guest. I was fine with this, as was he, but I imagine many people would not be keen on having to do this. It might be worth the hotel considering setting up a deal with a local taxi firm to improve this. None of these issues are enough to make me want to downgrade the rating and you have to appreciate this is a new hotel that will be learning all.the time while being dependent on good reviews. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to thank from all my heart the night shift staff who was working at the night 28-29 of August 2019 (unfortunately I didn’t ask for the name). It was such a release to get such a welcoming staff after a very tiring flight which delays and rude and impolite taxi drivers at the airport 😕. The hotel is super clean, calm, and modern.

Very good place to stay the night before an early flight. The bedroom was quite big and comfortable. There are not many restaurants/bars around but there is a supermarket around the corner that can be of some help!
