Old, out dated, dirty hotel.
Pool and hot tub areas nasty, room barely cleaned, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, electrical outlets worn out, plug something in, it falls out. This place should just be a rooming house for traveling tradesmen. Definitely not for leisure travel.
Stay elsewhere
The AC in our room was not hooked up to the thermostat. I turned it on at the unit but it only worked for awhile and by the time we went to sleep, wouldn’t work at all. Walls are paper thin and we could hear the conversation of the couple next door and their TV. Room had dark walls, not much light and definitely needs refurbishing. Mask rule in common areas was not enforced. Employees at check in not wearing masks. We’ve stayed at many Hampton locations and find the employees welcoming and helpful but not at this location.
An underperforming property in need of updates which are ongoing, but WAY overdue
I stayed at this property in room 412 a 2Q standard room for one night on my way to Louisville while working in the area during COVID19 outbreak PRO’s • Decent bed with mix of foam and feather pillows • Property has had some updates to stay current • Has small cube fridge, microwave and cup at a time coffee maker • Two outlets and 4 USB’s bedside to power electronics • 5 outlets and two USB’s at adequate sized work desk • Updated bath area looks fresh, but is small • 39” LG TV • Clock bedside with night light • Full length mirror • Breakfast is served, but also have grab and go bagged breakfast CONS • Moderate to heavy traffic sounds enter room • Has workout room, indoor pool with monitored usage due to COVID, but was not clean • Property has had minimal updates to stay current. Looks dated compared to peers • Bath room night light burned out • HORRIBLE fabric work chair with only height adjustment doesn’t promote extended laptop use • HORRIBLE, non adjustable desk lamp that takes up a lot of space and is fixed at eye level • No closet. Instead a small hanging area behind a curtain. It didn’t affect my stay, but could have • Indifferent front desk attendant and management • Dirty elevator • Tepid hot water. Impossible to take a hot shower • Faucet in bathroom loose Overall, I would give this property a 72/100, 60/100 for service and a 70/100 for value. Despite having inventory, the Manager was charging Diamond members an additional fee to upgrade and was not honoring Hiltons upgrade policy. I would also give them an 70/100 for COVID policy. Masks were not consistently worn by staff, but room seemed clean. This is an average property with poor management, I will go elsewhere next time .

It was a dark stormy night. The streets were filled with madness and catastrophe, but yet there was a warm safe quiet place waiting after battling the terrifying world. The Hampton Inn was a safe space for us and the children. Morgan made sure we had everything we needed to remember the good in the world. THANK YOU MORGAN.
A quick overnight...
A quick overnight just on the way to see family. Our dog loves this Hampton and so do we. They are in the middle of some renovations but are still providing great customer service. This trip was during the pandemic and we felt the hotel was cleaned well. The grab and go breakfast provided in place of the breakfast buffet, was really pretty tasty with a variety of goodies inside the bag. We look forward to visiting again when our travels allow.
