Superb Staff!
The hotel manager, Thomas, was so wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and felt like he went out of his way to meet every accommodation. He was so knowledgeable about Scottsdale. He was friendly and funny and made our stay very pleasant. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had!!!!
Room smelled of sewage
The staff was nice and you can't beat the location, but the room was dirty (long stands of hair everywhere) and the bathroom wreaked of sewage. The smell was so bad that I had to plug the sink overflow with a towel and shut the bathroom door just to tolerate it for the night. The shower drain looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I'm not a picky traveler at all, so for me to take the time to leave a review it has to be a pretty bad experience. The hotel got great reviews so I expected a little more, unfortunately now I understand why it was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for.
A Nice Reasonable Priced Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale
We have stayed her many times over the years. The price is right but more importantly the location is amazing. We're able to walk to many restaurants, clubs and stores. We highly recommend it hands down.
Clean, comfy, great stay
These rooms have been remodeled and defy the property age. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the linens are nice. The room was clean as were the grounds. This is an excellent location for old town activities and restaurants and within 15 minutes of Tempe town lake destinations. Desk staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay again for sure
Amazing staff
Working during the holidays can definately be a drag but we were welcomed with friendly faces and eager to help us with dinner recommendations. The room was clean and just what we needs for a good nights sleep.
