We had a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was great! This place is centrally located to everything! Our unit was spotless and more than well equipped with everything we needed for our 7 days. We are Marriott timeshare owners, so we have never stayed at a Sheraton, we were VERY pleasantly surprised how nice it was! The only issue we had were the pillows LOL they were like mushy puff balls, we like a firmer pillow... BUT one call to housekeeping and they were at our door with 2 firm pillows... great service Thank you!
Very nice comfortable unit

Out of the three resorts that we stayed at during this vacation, this was the best. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet. The grounds were very well kept, pool was close by, with lots of space, loungers, and pool towels.
Been here several times....never again

We were in our room less than 24 hours when I noticed red bites on my feet and ankles. When my husband went to the front desk to report this issue the front desk girl told him to get some bug spray. The next morning I contacted the front desk and eventually he sent a maintenance guy to check our room. I showed him my feet and he opened the couch and inspected the mattress for bugs. We ended up having to repack our things and they moved us to another room for the remainer of our week stay. With all the precautions for Covid we expected better. We expected the front desk to take our concerns seriously. In the end, we got another room (with no issues) but I was left even after 3 weeks still marks from the bug bites. They gave us a $75.00 credit for our trouble. We have stayed here several times in the past...we are also Marriott owners....but this is one property we will avoid in the future given the way they handled this situation.
Great Place to Stay

Pool (heated) and hot tub is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. We had a one bedroom unit and it had a fireplace in the living room and the bedroom. Cooking utensils aren’t the best but good enough for our stay. The only complaint we have is there heating/air conditioning system. It is either ON or you have to manually shut it OFF. The thermostat doesn’t shut the system off or turn it on automatically. Staff is excellent, grounds well kept. We didn’t turn on the air conditioning that much since the ceiling fan in the bedroom kept air moving. We would return again in a heartbeat.
Will definitely stay here again!

We drove in late from Vegas and booked the room on the way to Scottsdale through the Bonvoy app, which is convenient. This was by far the most affordable place. When we arrived, there was a slight delay as the computer was in the midst of being restarted. We had to wait a few minutes to get our room. Not an issue as we were patient, and the gentleman checking us in was very kind and apologetic. It was 2am, so typically guests are not arriving at this hour anywhere! However, there was another guest that had an intense craving at this hour for Doritos - it was quite entertaining. His request was accommodated by the front desk after he realized the vending had no Doritos. As a first time guest, finding the room in the dark was the only concern I had for the entire stay. Fortunately, we had a map and I had the registration agent repeat the directions. Once daylight, it was a bit easier to find your way around. The room: 1 bedroom King suite. This is equivalent to a furnished small apartment - perfect for us and a nice surprise. There are supplies from dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses/opener, dishwashing liquid to clothes detergent and dryer sheets. The bed was consistent with the family of hotels - spotlessly clean, comfortable and we slept great for 3 nights. Everything was clean, in working condition and so very comfortable. Two tvs - living room and bedroom. Bose speaker. 4-person kitchen table. Sofa, chair in the living room. The balcony was private and accessible from either the living room or bedroom. It was peaceful and the weather very nice. I personally enjoyed this quiet outdoor space quite a bit. The resort was quiet and nestled in an oasis of lush green plants and a serene running water feature just outside our door. This Sheraton has been added to our places that we will stay again. The value for the money is hard to beat, and that feeling as if you're walking into a home rather than a hotel room made for an enjoyable stay.
