The location is great but this place felt like a motel 6. The room furniture were stained with trash hidden underneath them, the walls were stained, and the walls a thin (I could hear everything from the room across the hallway and next door. Unfortunately, the customer service reflected the rooms. Check in was not pleasant (I was definitely profiled), the workers are not in proper attire and hanging out in the lobby during breaks, and the workers were extremely unwelcoming in their demeanor and lack of hospitality.

Our family loves staying at hyatt place for the extra sofa area. This Seattle location is ideal, great breakfast selection, indoor pool was a definite plus for family time. Would stay here again when in the area

Room were good, furniture wasn't in perfect condition, no tub, or microwave or glassware in room. The television has basic channel, if you wanted to watch movie you had to purchase them. The swimming pool was a little on the chilly size. Friendly staff and close to attraction

This Hyatt is clean and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are great size and provide ample sleeping arrangements. You can’t beat the location as it is about a five minute walk to the Space Needle and close to downtown also.

Hotel was in a great location. We walked to everything. Had an wonderful time and all front desk clerks are willing to give advice on where to go and what to see. We loved every recommendation! Brandon was especially helpful and remembered us and asked how we enjoyed the places we visited. Great atmosphere!
