Me and my family were visiting the New American Mall which is about 6 to 7 minutes from the hotel. We were visiting there indoor water park and indoor amusement park, which btw are amazing!!! We have stayed at Extended Stay America hotels pretty much all time, because they have kitchenettes and its saves us some money being able to cook and not have to buy outside all the time. Pros: .The hotel is located in a great place and area, where you will have tons of places to choose from for eating options. There is also a movie theater you can enjoy if you into that. Everything seems very close to that area, like Walmart is less than 4 minutes away , for everything you need. . Staff that I encountered on some nights nicer than others and great customer service. . Room spacious , exact layout that you see in pictures. Cons: If the hotel is busy there is barely parking, even tho there is a large parking garage that you can park in, but I didn't feel safe leaving my car so far from the hotel. .Room can use some carpet cleaning. . 1st night I encountered a younger guy that was having conversations with another guy, maybe they were friends. . our last night we got woken up by the fire alarms beeping in the whole building, no one called our room , to tell us if we needed to evacuate or it was a false alarm, I had to call hotel front desk and check on my own. We evacuated the hotel and its seems like it was a false alarm. The next day I asked what went on was told, nothing. . I think due to covid 19 there is no longer dishes in the rooms, but I did ask for some the night we arrived, we were not given enough dishes, utensils nor pots and pans, knifes, no coffee pot. We went to a near dollar store and bought some stuff , because every time I would ask for something the excuse was , well because of covid, we no longer provide it. We even went to Walmart and got a sauce pan. . If your going to wash your cloths make sure you kinda sort of clean them before your use them the washer where the rubber seals are , are very moldy and disguisting and over course the dryers were a little dirty also. All in all , we had a great stay and the room we were given was all in all good. !!!!

Clean rooms . Great service The manager Paul was amazing. From the Minute I walked in i was greeted and felt welcomed he made sure we had the perfect room as we had Our four year old .Very vigilant and professional. will definitely be staying here again.

Checked in around 3 pm the staff name krish was there check in was smooth we asked about breakfast he said its 6 to 11 we got room 301 went up to the room pretty old and dirty, shower rod was like all bended broken I don't know how many times but fixed badly and seems like about to fall, Iron was chipped off literally broken but working ,if you want to relax on couch don't even think about it its hard as rock ,carpet was dirty maybe never cleaned.Next day when we came down for breakfast there was nothing around 9:30...the girl said we don't have breakfast its just grab and go but its over.Never going to stay at this place again.

This hotel was filthy. We chose it because it had 2 beds and a sofa sleeper which we needed. The sofa mattress was stained and disgusting. We had to ask for garbage bags to line the mattress and linens which were not provided in room. The rooms were dirty, kitchenette contained not one item. When I asked for cups and plates the employee could not find cups. The pool was closed and looked filthy. I guess I should have known by huge surveillance camera/ video monitoring at the front desk stating the police are watching??? What a dump. I’m embarrassed I stayed there.

Run, don't walk, to somewhere else nearby. This hotel is dismal. Difficult to see any merit. As things break, they do not get fixed. Late stage capitalism at its finest. Nickel and dimed for everything, no value in return.
