Extremely comfortable trip during trying times
We checked in to this hotel the same weel as the lockdown since our apartment wasn't ready. We spent 3 weeks and were treated extremely well. Special shout-out to Robert and Alan from the front desk who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Right from getting us baggles to the coffee, they never let us down.
Great value, convenient to Manhattan
Our family of four (a teenager and a small child) enjoyed our stay here last February when visited to watch a Broadway show. The room was spacious, as is the norm with Residence Inns, parking was plentiful (as it was located within a shopping center), with a relatively short drive to Manhattan via the Lincoln tunnel (which put us right in the middle of the theater district). While breakfast is free, there are a number of affordable lunch- and dinnertime options if you're looking to eat before or after walking Manhattan's streets. The service was pretty good, and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed mattress could've been a bit firmer, but our kids had no issues with it. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to New York city.

I’m at a loss of words. The level of poor follow-up, lack of attention to detail, nonexistent professionalism, & pure dishonesty is off the charts. As a VeRY frequent traveler/Ambassador Elite, I have NEVER experienced such behavior or refusal to address an issue fairly. Not only was I charged for a room in which I NEVER stayed - I was charged rack rate & I was neither emailed a bill nor was my stay visible in my history. I was never able dispute in a timely manner. $500 for a Residence Inn? Please!!! Heading back to Secaucus next week for 5 days...won’t ever be staying at this location again.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
The hotel was great. Not only was my suite amazing, Tania, one of the front desk personnel was sure to greet me with a smile. She was very attentive and extremely nice. It was my daughter's 13th bday and all the girls loved it. The only downside was the very tiny pool. Nonetheless, the girls had fun while there. I will definitely visit again.
Poor Manager Experience
Manager Ariel Velasquez service was not up to Marriott standards and should consider another occupation. His ability to resolve issues does not go well with the culture. His goal is to upsell you on a room rather than ensure a long time member is treated fairly.
