Refurbished in 2011, this family friendly beach hotel comprises a total of 506 rooms and is ideal for spa and golf fans. Located on the long, sandy beach in the district of Belek on Turkey's Mediterranean Coast, the complex has many facilities and also caters for football and tennis groups. The golf course is just 300m from the hotel. Public transport and taxis can be found at the entrance of the hotel providing easy access to the city of Antalya, 35km away. (Some facilities may not be operational year round due to seasonal / weather conditions).

Very nice hotel Friendly staff , The house cleaners were very good and friendly The food o felt was slightly limited compared to other hotels , but it was still good The receptionist were good There was however no tour guide rep here, to guide us for any tours around the city We had to Google and find our own , in the end went on bus to Antalya for shopping but overall a good experience

We have been traveling to various holiday destinations for many years. Lately, it has become our favorite Turkish Riviera, from Fethiye and Oludeniz to Bodrum. For the last two years, we have been sadly looking at pictures from home where we all spent our summers in Turkey. This September we opted for the Kaya Belek Hotel. Considering a lot of paperwork, certificates, the country is different, because of this situation with the pandemic, and we are not young, so in order to avoid any complications, we took a risk and contacted the general manager of the hotel directly. We arrived according to plan, and then a surprise awaited us - at the reception they already had everything ready for the reception, the boss of the guest relations desk greeted us personally, the room was better than we could have imagined, with gifts, flowers, drinks .. We were more than satisfied during the whole stay. The hotel is not new, but everyone tries to make you comfortable. I read some negative comments about cleanliness, service, etc. I can only say one thing: one sincere smile with a request to solve everything. If you have a negative attitude at the beginning, if you are angry, dissatisfied, the employees are not to blame. The culture of travel and knowledge of the customs of the country you are traveling to is something that must be known. Otherwise, stay home. Solve some things with yourself first. These people you see - the reception, waiters, maids, clerks, animators, and there is an army of the invisible that keeps this hotel operating during this disease since May. Since May, all employees wear masks at temperatures that were 42-3 degrees. .C.Just a smile and a little patience, so you came on vacation, why hurry. Lovely older hotel, well maintained, with beautiful greenery, seating, a large beach, a green grassy area and one of the larger swimming pools in Belek. You choose where you will stay, there are deck chairs for everyone. The food is great, the drinks too (this is a country where baksis means something, take advantage of it and get the original drink you ordered). It was my birthday at that time and we received a nice gift, quite unexpectedly. In short, the hotel met all our expectations. Many thanks to the management and the whole team.

Poor experience

Wi-Fi was awful had to pay in the end for data! Food was poor and there were no branded drinks. Would not recommend!! Won’t be back. The hotel next door was owned by the same company and provided good food and drinks, staff generally friendly with a few exceptions!

Very low value for the money, bad wi-fi, low quality drinks

Wi-fi was awfulI in the room and had to buy internet package everyday by paying lots of money in a 5 star all-included hotel! I couldn't do my business. Also, quality of the drinks and cocktails was quite low. Didn't see one known brand of cocktail mixers. Finally, had my room cleaned only for once in 5 days by asking 3-4 times to the cleaners and to the counter. In overall, quite low value for the money...

Worse experience i had ever

Staff: Unfriendly and most of them are intern. They do not have any information about hotel. Facilities: Old looking and most of them are unusable. Hygiene Standarts: Covid-19 regulations are not applied because of this you need to be very careful about spreading of virus. Hotel is dirty and you must create your own hygiene here. Foods and Drinks: If you like coca cola without gas or if you wanna try cheapest beer and if you like only chicken you will love here. In my opinion food and drink quality is lowest in Belek. Before coming here you need to ask closest restaurants for ordering from outside. Beach front activities are poor enouh. Towels only inside the hotel. Check your refrigerator if it is working or not? Our refrigerator was not working. Only the positive is forest view from the balcony.
