Best place to stay in Sevierville
Highly recommend this hotel! Loves the hotel from the cleanliness, hospitality, friendly staff,and also if you return there they give you a discount off which is a plus! They always have reasonable prices which descend with every visit.
Winterfest trip
MICE IN THE ROOM!! I do not know about other rooms at this hotel, but room 111 has mice in it. When we first entered the room (12/19/20), I thought I saw something run across the floor, but was never able to find anything, so I just assumed I was wrong. About day break the next morning (12/20/20) I heard a rustling sound and found a mouse on the night stand between the 2 beds and another one climbing the curtains. When I complained to the front desk, they simply said "we were not aware of this issue and will put in a ticket for maintenance" No one at the front desk said sorry or apologized in any manner. They only said 'let us know when you check out'. Extremely disappointed with the hotel itself and lack of customer service. What a disappointment!!
Great quiet place to stay!
We have stayed here several times and plan to stay next time we come to this area. Just far enough away from the crowd. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good rates and friendly staff. We have been able to stay here when all the hotels in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are full with a lower rate. Rhoda has been very helpful with our reservations.
Great place to stay!
We took a mini vacation to Pigeon Forge for my birthday and this was our first time staying at this hotel. Our room was clean, the balcony was nice, bed was soft, and it was quiet! Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this location many times. Once again, it is perfect!! Always clean, rooms are so comfortable and nice. The updates are amazing! The staff are all friendly and courteous. They still have the same manager and she is often onsite. Our view of the river was wonderful. The indoor pool and hot tub are so nice. The had strict rules for social distancing and all was done very well. If you want an exceptionally clean, quiet place to stay this is it !!
