Loving the MOUNTAINS!!!
I have been coming here for the last six years. This resort never disappoints. I love that the whole area of Gatlinburg does not have a mandatory mask requirement!!!! The resort is clean. I stayed in a two bedroom and the rooms were large and well kept.
Great mountain trip
We enjoyed the waterpark, but would love to come back with grandchildren. Great shopping nearby as well and numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trials also! One day we did a driving trip over to Cades Cove and Townsend.
Don't go to the presentation!
I went to it wanting to hear about the different things they had to offer, but the man was so pushy and he would not stop talking. He talked down to me making statements like ""you are crazy if you don't take this offer." "I can't believe you wouldn't grab this offer." and the last statement caused a nervous break down right there is the middle of everyone talking, he said, " I can't believe a Christian would act like this just then I broke and I cried and yelled for a long time, I ask them to call 911 to get me help but they refused. someone needs to do something about this and he stated that he works for RCI now because Wyndham is owns RCI now. Well I have never been done so bad in all my life and have been a member of RCI for over 30 years and I am now thinking about canceling RCI. I am not sure what to do. I hope the resort and RCI reaches out to help me?
Pretty Good
The location was good. I expected more from the pool area. It was pretty plain, with no slides, etc. room was nice. It smelled weird at first. Overall it was good. I would stay again. Check-in was easy, was there for a baseball tourney so it was spacious.
Great place for families and location.
Great place to stay. Central location, plenty to do on site, indoor and outdoor water parks. Two golf courses. Skating rink in winter. Fire pits sell stuff to make smores, good fun doing that. Staff helpful.
