Our pipe froze, because it was a very cold day in Shanghai, so we said we would treat ourselves with a nice stay and the Radisson on Xingguo has always caught our eyes for having lived here so long. So we decided to go there. Upon our arrival, we have been treated so nicely and friendly. Starting from the gate, to the reception and room service. The staff was highly attentive and helpful. The room is beautiful! Spacious, well decorated and the view is just stunning to have that much of a green patch in front. We loved the bathtub and really enjoyed our stay. We said we would definitely go back for another staycation there.

I am Canadian, but I work in China, so I cannot go back this summer because the border is closed. I decided to go to Shanghai because I have never been before. I called around to lots of hotels, but decided on this one because they could understand me on the phone. I want to say my experience here was AMAZING. Almost every staff member I met spoke some English. It was so nice to stay at a place where it was not a struggle to communicate. The general manager was also a gem. It was super easy to get a taxi/didi to the hotel. The staff there goes the extra mile and the rooms are gorgeous. The only thing missing is a hot tub. The beds are comfortable. I had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed here during covid19 and I must say it was worth it! The beautiful courtyard this Radisson is in is lovely and peaceful. My friend booked us the hotel and only told me the Chinese name which got me worried but as soon as I searched it on trip advisor I was so happy. When I went into the rooms I was even more amazed. The staff is super nice, friendly and the robot delivery service is a must see. My son ordered out just to see the robot at work lol. This hotel is for sure worth it and I would recommend it to anyone who comes to shanghai for a nice and peaceful stay!

Robot delivery service to room is a must see. Shower - best ever. Great room, very helpful concierge. Helped with Subway, Taxi, car to airport etc. Airport Limousine service is expensive but very good and felt much safer than taxi, better value if you have 2 or 3 people.
