Excellent Service
Front desk made my stays easy, welcoming, and feeling like a home from the day I arrive to the day I leave. They always stands in our shoes to find ways to make my memorable. Particularly the ladies in pink top, their professionalism and excellent customer service are always beyond my expectations.
The Langham Xintiandi Experience
We were perfectly satisfied with the accommodation service of The Langham from Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping, Gym staff. Our expectations were met during our stay. We also felt special when Ms. Youri from FO approached us and she personally checked for everything during our stay. The area is very convenient for everywhere, resto, bar and malls which is also with a safe ambiance. Definitely will recommend and will come back. Blessed 2021
EXCELLENT location and comfort for families
We were a family of 4 vacationing in Shanghai over the Christmas holiday and we felt so taken care of by the staff, especially Sherry! Fantastic central location close to everything, and the connecting rooms they supplied were perfect for our family!

Brilliant Stay
We were blown away by the incredible hospitality shown at The Langham. We were met by Shirley in the club lounge who is the most wonderfully polite and helpful woman! Michael Jiang and Candy we amazing and so helpful. Michael was incredible at serving and keeping us comfortable whilst Candy even helped me to translate and shop online! Would 100% recommend!
