Nuevo y muy bueno
La atención y las recomendaciones de John son excelentes. El hotel es nuevo y está en muy buen estado. Lo que deben mejorar es la atención del personal en el desayuno y colocar tubos para las toallas en los baños. En general quedamos muy satisfechos.
Jake’s wedding
Staying here for the wedding. The place did not dissappoint but it did confound. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The A/C gets cold down to 65, wish it got colder but it did well. The rooms were quite could not hear neighbors. There was a small chair by the window wish it was slightly bigger. The writing desk and tv were good. Confounded by the placement of the fridge and microware, it was an experience to find it. Tucked in the corner behind a angled feature. If compulsive, would be an issue. The lounge downstairs was great, had a meeting of the families the night before. The staff was very FRIENDLY and ACCOMODATING. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Walking distance from several restuarants.
Great hidden gem
This was a wonderful surprise! A lovely space to rest and relax. Close to everything but hidden behind. Rooms clean neat and staff friendly. I loved Lauren she was extra sweet. Just great customer service all around
My home away from home!
Jenny and the team are amazing. I am always welcomed joyfully as this is my choice of hotel when in the area, which is often. They have continuously gone over and beyond to assure I have what I need! !
Evacuation stay
Stayed here for a few nights while evacuating from Hurricane Delta. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The room was well insulated as noise in the hallway was barely audible. The staff were very accommodating. Restaurants and shopping close by.
