希爾頓逸林酒店是十堰我認為服務最好的國際酒店，今天早上吃完早餐回到房間看到客房部黃春耒 留的字條，讓我覺得他們真的是對每個客人就像對待家人一樣. 非常的溫暖Double tree Hilton it’s alway on my top choice in town. As a frequenter traveler , our first priority it’s always relate with service. Everyone in this hotel really treat every guest like a family member. This morning I came back to my room after the breakfast and saw the note from housekeeping that really Make me feel so warm! When I have WiFi problem Grommash came and fix the problem right away. And there are still many good hotel staff like Summer in front desk , Wendy in all day dinning ........ I just want to say the hotel service standards is even higher than other property in the major city. Once again thanks to the whole team
More than meets the eye!
Although a little bit out of the city centre away from what promises to be a fantastic new redeveloped train station we were pleasantly suprised to find this excellent Doubletree by Hilton. The setting is more modern than the rest of the city and that lends itself to the very comfortable stay we had. The team helped us sort our plans to go to Mt Wudangshan and assisted us getting around everywhere else. The lounge and concierge teams were brilliant and made this stay the highlight of our time in Shiyan. Our room was excellent and the restaurants were very well equipped for all tastes. As encountered on most of our stays the decor was very elegant and added a positive feel and ambience. Well done.
Perfect Hotel
I stayed in this property for six nights in a row. Mr. jason Dou at the front desk made extra step to recognize my Diamond membership when I checked in. All the staff have shown their dedication in hospitality. Food offered at the breakfast was fabulous, and the services team has always been accommodating.
Beautiful hotel
I got stuck without a hotel reservation, and walked in and got a great room! 15 mins taxi from Shiyan Airport (WDS). Beautiful room. Staff speaks great English. Extravagant breakfast buffet! Price was totally reasonable (about $78 for the night, even without bartering!).
Wonderful place
A diamond in the rough! It was a very pleasant stay, made more so by the excellent service of the reception staff, trying their best to cater to foreign visitors -they made the Hilton chain proud! Will return here next time we are in the area
