Lovely hotel and breakfast

Excellent location! Clean and comfortable room. Would have liked the bed to have bigger pillows and not make so much noise with every movement but luckily I was on first floor. Wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet!! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Shreveport, LA!

My wife and I arrived pretty late, however we were greeted with pleasantries. The hotel was clean, the entire staff was nice and kind. Food was amazing for a complimentary breakfast. We’ll return, like always.
Hampton Inn Experience

The process of making reservations was extremely convenient. We arrived at Hampton Inn at 10 PM. The front door was locked and we had to notify the desk clerk to open the door. With the front door being locked, it gave me that peace of security.

We traveled to Shreveport for a family funeral. We chose to stay at this particular hotel because it was close to the family. We had no idea of the quality of this hotel but only chose it due to location. I would not recommend it to anyone

There was no toilet paper in the room. I reported it and was told it would be delivered shortly. Three hours later, there was still no TP. The light in the entry way was out. The lamp on the desk was broken. The phone didn't work and had the wrong room number on it. The ice machines were inoperable on several floors. And the air conditioning was barely functional. The room was very warm. When I called the desk to complain, I was told I'd be moved to another room, but the tone indicated that I was being bothersome and taking her precious time. I was moved to the room next door. The only issue this didn't resolve was the very poor AC. And, of course, the ice machines. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards. The customer service is borderline hostile. And the attention to detail is horrible. How do you not notice there's no toilet paper and the lights don't turn on? Not worth the price. Not even close.
